Noisy. Friday night people were partying outside below our room until after midnight. Saturday night people directly above us were running in the room or jumping off the beds until after midnight. We complained to the front desk and it stopped for about 10 minutes then resumed until after midnight.

Breakfast were very good. Nice choices of food and it changed from day to day. Good location and parking.

I wish we could open the window in the room to get fresh air from the outside, but this does not seem to be common in the US!

Very friendly place, nice, clean and comfortable, makes you feel at home. The staff is super friendly (Agnes was a gem!) and helpful. Breakfast is convenient, and there is coffee (and water for tea) all day long.

.Tru is a " bare bones ". Hilton I missed the microwave and coffee maker ... I like stationary and a pen

They had a problem with there fire panel beeping, but the staff would apologize as soon as you would walk so no big deal. Always noise was only in the lobby

The breakfast was good, but if you came down during the last hour of service, fresh fruit was gone. Not refilled. Also, when checking in, and checking out, we had to wait for the desk person. Sign stating they had to step away. It was a good 10 minutes each time

Location was near many restaurants. Shopping was available if needed. Hotel was very clean and modern.

Breakfast could have had more items.

The facility exceeded my expectations. Very clean everything well kept. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay again at Hilton facilities.

The pool might have been slightly over chlorinated. My husband and I were okay, but my younger two boys ended up with rashes all over. Now, they have sensitive skin so that could have been part of it but they typically don’t react in that manner to pools usually.

Food was amazing! Great selection, great location and the added touch of themed pancakes were a hit! Hotel rooms were clean and beds were comfy! The lobby was a hit with games, pool and foosball. It was inviting and felt like a place to hang out rather than just “sleep”.

Honestly, there was only one thing that I would improve. The cleanliness in the bathroom wasn’t great. I don’t know if it is just a renovation issue or the actual cleaning but the flooring in the bathroom at the corners just appeared really dirty, same with the drain in the shower you could see through and and it just looked very old and crusty, and then the shower floor itself was really dirty almost looked like a stain on it, but I’m not sure as we did it shower during our stay. I don’t want this to take away from how the other 95% of our stay was perfect with zero issues or hiccups.

It was a great hotel! I stayed with my teenage son so we had fun in the lobby with the pool table and the foosball table and then the swimming pool later on. The staff was amazing and they were able to accommodate an early check in. The free breakfast was great as well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and if we are in the area again, no question we will be back at your hotel.

The pillows on the bed are too soft

The bed! The bed is so uncomfortable and the pillows are terrible. The bed is hard and the pillows feel like I’m using a handful of feathers (soft but no support). Also the rooms are extremely small. Smaller than I imagined. Smallest room I ever stayed in.

The property is very clean and the staff is amazing. Also loved the ev charging station.

The only thing I would like better is a cheaper price 😂 but that is too perfect. You can’t have your cake and eat it too! Plus my entire experience was enjoyable so I do think my stay was worth it considering my experience but that is just if I wanted to make matter too perfect.

Customer service was impeccable to be honest I didn’t have one problem. I had to get up early and breakfast was already prepared and ready to go by the time I got showered and to the lobby. Lastly my favorite part about my stay is the 24/7 fresh coffee and hot water because I am an avid coffee drinker so I just love that in itself, but also I enjoyed the hot water to make amazing tea to end my day after a long weekend of yelling and coaching 😅

Right now I'm upset that I got charged twice for same amount for just my 1 night stay that has my credit card in the negative.

I love the decor of Tru Hotels by Hilton. Love that rooms does not have nasty carpet but wooden floors. It was so clean and pretty and omg the big glass door step in shower is to die for omg I absolutely love it!
