Newer hotel. It was really nice that the hotel room did NOT have carpet, which i appreciated. The room was warm without the air handler being on all the time or chilling it off. No microwave or coffee maker so that was a drawback.

Very hard to regulate room temperature so we just shut off the unit so we could sleep.

Tasty breakfast but the exact same food everyday.pancake machine wasn't working properly. Bring back a waffle iron!

Shower leaked badly. Alarm click went off at 3 am. Why can't these things be checked before guests arrive?? Oh, yucky powdered eggs.

Well kept and efficiently run. Rooms were clean. Parking easy and near shopping and restaurants . Much nicer than the hotels near the airport.

No microwave in room. Had to call for everything but no number was listed. While in lobby male desk clerk was complaining to a guest about another guest calling for towels. The last night we watched a creepy guest walk the halls and followed a woman on to our floor. When we clearly let him know we saw him he ran down the back stairs. We made sure the woman got in her room. We decided not to use the gym that night because we were uncomfortable to leave our loved one in the room alone. This tells me not good security. Not sure if this was random but everything uncomfortable happened the only night the unprofessional front dest guy was there. In the elevator a random woman told me to be careful that she had security concerns.

Location was amazing. House keeping was sooooo nice. Front desk staff was great but one guy was unprofessional. They fixed the broken water fountain that was flooding the pool entrance immediately after we told them and the gym was always cleaned. They handled the computer shutdown well and the breakfast was reasonable. This was the only hotel that we stayed at this summer where sports team we staying and it was still calm and clean and quiet.

The mini-split is too noisy. I'm not used to the on-and-off of mini-splits, especially if they are too noisy. I'm falling asleep, and suddenly, the mini-split starts. Repeat all night long...This hotel would be perfect if it had a silent AC system.

We love the interior design of Tru by Hilton.

The person in the front desk ,(early morning of march 2024 at around 1:30-2 am) he was not compassionate even he knows we are tired and we came late because of snow storm.

The smell of the gym was a little overwhelming near the elevator. It smelled like burnt rubber but I was so relieved that the rooms smelled totally fine!

The staff were exceptionally attentive to our needs. They even got me a fan because I tend to run hot. They checked in via text to see if we needed anything.

The microwave is in the lobby but it was actually and excellent place for eating and playing games. It was nice to look out on the snow while still staying warm.

It was a nice place to stay centrally for my appointments and shopping. The breakfast had oatmeal with raisins and sliced almonds available, pancake machine just perfect for kids.

There is no place to sit in your room except on the bed. Really need at least a lounge chair where you can sit and watch TV

Starting with the check in experience. I checked in around 10PM. The gentleman at the front desk was on the phone when I walked in. I waited about 5 minutes or so before he told the guest on the other end that he had someone at the front desk and needed to hang up. Up to that point the call consisted of him yelling at the guest on the line saying "I will get you towels when I get to it" and "You need to calm down, I am by myself" and "I have no idea if I have towels down here to give you because I am busy and haven't had time to check". If I was the guest on the other line I would have come right down and spoken to him face to face. Never would I expect to be treated like that anywhere. The room was small and terrible. I was there for work and the AC unit is directly next to the wall mounted desk. Can't run the air while sitting there or you will freeze. After taking a shower, there was a ton of water on the bathroom floor. Not sure where it came from but it must have leaked around the shower door. All in all I just thought the room was small and uncomfortable and the layout was just weird.

The shop in the lobby was nice and well stocked. Pool table in the lobby was a nice touch. Breakfast was limited but enough and tasted good.
