The property was nice and all the staff were helpful. I will stay at this property again when I come back to Destin.

They should have had breakfast potatoes and link sausage too.

Breakfast was ok, Both pool options are good

Leary of the bed if an animal slept in it....Concern if the pets are allowed in All the hotel rooms?

I just wish they would have other toppings like, shredded cheese, bacon bits, and etc. I wish that the ice machine was right there Vs me leaving the food area. Also, it shouldn’t been water by the breakfast area vs having to pay for water at the front desk.

The positive side is that everything was clean and the staff was friendly.

I specifically chose this hotel because it advertised having a pool lift for people with reduced mobility. When we went to use it, we were told the battery was not available, meaning the lift was useless. This is completely unacceptable and very disappointing.

The location is great! It’s right in the middle of everything. Restaurant, beaches, Walmart, etc. we loved it and will definitely book again.

The only thing I didn’t like was the pool didn’t stay open long enough . Although we wasn’t in the pool. We were sitting around the fire pit but we had to leave out by eleven.

It was clean and front desk was nice.

Housekeeping didn't clean our room the whole stay.

The young lady that checked me in around 2:30 3 o’clock she was amazing. Very polite. Explained everything the locations were there was attractions and things to do. She explained very well about the breakfast time. I give her a 10 great customer serviceThe location was very nice. The pool area very nice the facility nice neat and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Last but not least walmart was across the street walking distance. I enjoyed walking to Walmart.:)

The evening crew were a problem for my trip. I was not pleased at that point with the two young ladies at the service desk. My Husband and I have been Hilton member for many years. I’ve have never been to a Hilton or any other property which such type of behavior from anyone at the service desk of the property, we had an incident where there was a key issue of getting into the room and the young lady from the service desk was very disrespectful and I align with certain things I spoke with the manager on duty, whose name was Tim, and I was speaking to Tim and one of the young ladies that we had an issue with as I was speaking to her manager that was on duty Tim the young lady cap interrupting us as we were talking, and Tim said to the young lady, you know not to say anything, but the insubordination kept going on, and I explain to him the manager the best thing for him to do is take her to the back to talk about the situation because she was still upset about the disagreement about providing a room key so as me manager, Tim proceeded talking about the incident. The young lady kept interrupting, and I feel that the front desk service worker across mini boundaries that should have not been crossed as a worker, and I feel as if she should have been dealt with properly and nothing happened because they laughed about the situation after words and the days that we were there we kept having key issues, so I felt as if the young ladies was playing around with the the keys to the rooms from the time that I left I need a new key every day. I’ve been to many Hilton hotels and I have never had an issue about a key never I travel a lot. Never had a problem. Nowhere I have ever stayed not one property, but this property every day I had an issue with the room key and every time you go to renew a key there’s always laughing with the two young ladies. Unacceptable not professional. If I was to travel back to Destin for another family vacation, this will not be a hotel!!!!!
