The room I was in, we kept on hearing noises outside our room.

It’s clean, and customer service was amazing. Specifically, the woman working at the counter the night shift was so kind and always had a smile on her face.

The staff at the Hilton Tru is unfailingly helpful and cheerful. The lobby is bustling and well laid out - work cubbies, food area, sofas, a pool table and adjacent workout room.

I don't know how to describe it other than the hotel was loud. Guests on the floor above us were easily audible, the heater in our room was very noisy, and the room was full of hard surfaces that didn't absorb sound. It could be that I'm nitpicking, but it was hard to rest.

The property seemed new, was easy to find, and is just East of downtown Eugene. The lobby is friendly and has some games, billiards, and a television. The room was very clean as well!

The staff is friendly and kind to me and my dog. Breakfast: The coffee was good, I appreciated that oatmeal and hard-boiled eggs were offered. I'm gluten-free, so those options worked well for me. The river is across the road. It's nice to step outside walking the dog, with a patch of grass and view of the river. It's a busy road, but the river helps to soften some of the effects. Alton Baker Park is a short drive (or longer walk) from the hotel; we enjoyed a nice walk there at sunset.

Loved the beds. And the staff was amazing and the breakfast was good. I left a day early due to the electricity went out due to the ice storm and they refunded me my money back!

We travelled with our kids and we aren’t able to heat up food as there is no microwave inside the room, but there is one at the lobby. Needs to have thicker fluffier pillows.

It is close by the freeway, quiet location.

If you like a dark room to sleep in, this is not the place for you. Roll down blinds are light filtering, and the bright lights of the parking lot filtered into the room. There are no restaurants nearby, it's a 10 minute drive to get to a restaurant.

The staff was very friendly, breakfast was decent, bed was comfortable and room was clean. . Very modern facility. The battery on my TV controller went dead (with the TV stuck on), but when I called the front desk the attendant came up immediately to take care of it. Staff was great! They had a nice little workout room that I used. They also had a pool table in the lobby, which I would have taken advantage of if I was traveling with somebody else.

The property is a little isolated. No good restaurants or stores with in walking distance. It would have good to have a microwave in the room. Limited selections for breakfast

Noisy, you could hear everything going on in the hallway. At one point a vacuum was going and we could hear it clearly when we were trying to relax. Could hear everyone someone was walking down hallway or opening their door and could hear it so clearly that it felt like they were opening our door. So caused a bit of anxiety.
