Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

A couple of lights in room were out. Needs some of the corners in bathroom clean- a little bit of mold. And fan was not working in bathroom.
Comfortable, clean, good staff, and great breakfast love the pressure of hot water from shower.

Beds and pillows were so uncomfortable. Couldn't sleep at all because I was causing back pain.

The breakfast was really carb heavy. Although I an not necessarily a keto person, I do like to have some legitimate meat at breakfast time.
The rooms were nice and spacious. In addition, the facilities were clean and the employees were kind and helpful. We also really enjoyed the pool table. We had a lot of fun as a family playing pool with each other.

The smell of the cleaning products used in the rooms is way to overpowering and strong. It is headache/migraine inducing.

I wish the price was better, but I know it was near a holiday. Also, the hanging posts need to be checked when cleaning (wig hair).The breakfast was lacking in the "hot" items. The pancake cooker was fine, but I think the roller type toaster is needed, and more choices than a microwaveable sausage-egg-cheese croissant is needed for hot items.
Room size. For the most part it was clean. I did see what looked like wig hair on one of the posts used to hang items. I did not see it until we had been checked in for hours.

My room was next to the elevator which was a little noisy. One of the lights on the bathroom mirror wasn’t working. I usually prefer very bright lighting in hotels to do my makeup. The elevator had issues on my last day. There wasn’t too many options for a hot breakfast.
I like that it was close to the beach.

In the room above us the we’re 2 children constantly running, jumping and dragging things. After several call to the front desk, they were told and given warnings. It continued well after 11:00 pm. Then started back at 6:00 am with loud thuds and more running.

The only thing I didn't like was that booking didn't sat anything about the $100 deposit and the guy who checked us out was very rude. He was more concerned about sweeping the lobby than helping us. He was not nice and didn't say hello goodbye or anything

Was a bit smaller breakfast than the other Trus. Small toaster oven instead of usual toaster.

The rooms could have been a little larger!! But other than that it was over all great
This was a very clean and very well maintained. The receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. We also had a great time out near the pool area and the common area was awesome. We will revisit this place coming up next year.

We had room 201 this time around. If you need silence when you sleep this isn't your room. There is a speaker located on the exterior wall of this particular room that plays 24/7, it right behind your headboard. It plays just loud enough to disturb your sleep. Other then that all else was as expected.
Was as expected. Clean rooms. Limited breakfast. Small pool and gym for use. Plenty of parking. Well lite.

Shuttle from airport would be very nice.
Breakfast good, would be nice to have a biscuit/croissant without meat or meat alternative. 24 hour coffee is the best!
