Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

After an above average breakfast on our first day, quite disappointed with the food on the second day.
Hotel was sharp and room super comfy. We liked the shelving and places to store our gear. Bed was extremely comfortable. Also liked the shower instead of a tub. Breakfast was very good the first day and average the second. Odd and not sure why. Weak coffee and so-so eggs. Location was perfect for our needs. Clean facilities and friendly staff!

I love the hotel but the first time I stayed the pool was closed and then the second time I stayed the hot tub was out of service and the pool had hair and other things floating in it if they get the pool together this place would be a 10

There was hair in shower when I checked in.
Many things close by and they had a pool, pool table and games for kids.

We specifically picked a place with an indoor pool for the kids and the water was ice cold. The hot tub was even cold and didn’t warm up.
The staff was really nice and the breakfast was good.

Pancake machine kept running out of mix because people were taking more than 5 at a time. Staff in charge of the food should be more attentive to the area and keeping it clean. For the wifi you have to put in your information in order to get it free?? It seemed catchy so never used it. And was not aware of the $25 accidental fee, which is returned to you but was caught off guard, was never mentioned in the booking.
Breakfast was good. Location was great, very close to shopping center, very quiet. Indoor pool worked out great with the cold weather. Beds were very comfy.

1. Water pressure in the bathroom is low. 2. The room cost ($121)in the final payment was different than the cost per night I was quoted when making the reservation online ($87) through Hilton Reservations . I’m an Honors member.

The water pressure was very low. Very slow water coming out of sink and it took forever for the water to get warm. The lady at the desk at the time we checked out wasn't the friendliest. She had somewhat of an attitude that morning.
I thought the $25 incidentals charge was very reasonable. Some places have a $100 charge. Parking was never an issue. The bright colors on the hotel makes it pop, and easier to locate. The bed was comfortable and there were a variety of channels available on the TV, including Netflix.

The hotel ran out of towels and the bed we had in room 212 was horribly squeaky on one side

The ac was very loud. We had to evacuate the building at about 1:30 am because of fire alarm. There was no explanation or apologies given. Lights were out in the elevator area on 3rd floor
The location the beds were super comfy. The young lady that checked us in at 4:30 pm on 9/12/24 was super nice and professional.

When we got there the pool was closed. Which was one of the main reasons we booked this location with an indoor pool.

There is only one ice machine for the entire hotel, and it was usually out-of-order. Breakfast area is a little limited in seating.

Breakfast could have a been a bit better. There was a lot to choose from but the "hot" food was not the best.
We enjoyed the comfort of the lobby. We played pool several times every day during our stay.
