Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room lacked some cleaning. The hair dryer was covered in old hair and some kind of slimy residue and the floor needed mopping. There were only 3 pillows per bed and the AC was set to 76 when we got there so it was very warm. The lamp was broken. The mattress was so uncomfortable and my back hurt from it and I couldn't sleep well. The pool patio had a ton of loose bricks that were a hazard and the pool was filled with sand. The staff smoking area was right next to the pool so the outside smelled like cigarettes and natural gas for some reason. The breakfast kept running out of food and coffee so we did a lot of waiting and what was advertised wasn't what was served.
Staff was super nice. The lobby was fun and clean. The gym was very nicely equipped, clean and easy to use.

Breakfast item were out by 8am and breakfast was till 10am. Wall's in hotel very this..could hear people all night on both sides of my room.

My 2nd floor double bed room was a bit small/crowded loved the desk option but I felt that a lot was being crammed into the room for convenience but there wasn’t much space to move around. Maybe that room should only ever have a king bed to make it more spacious
Loved the gathering space in the lobby and breakfast options. Really enjoyed all of the amenities. Laundry room was a necessity for my stay!

This hotel is just badly designed. It feels like it was drawn by drinking who never had to stay in it. This is the loudest hotel I've ever stayed in. There's no soundproofing in any of the walls, you can hear every single thing anyone is doing in the hotel. Whether it's someone talking in the room next to you, what they're watching grosser things or the maintenance staff doing their best to clean, which involves a lot of slamming that I can't really explain. EV charging from a broken outlet, where you have to park right out from, was pretty uncomfortable The room was only mostly clean I would happily look the other way if it was $100 for two nights. But for over $300 I expected a lot more.

Beds were not clean but the lady in the front was able to get me another room. However, the walls are thin so I could hear stomping above me all night!!! And the AC makes a lot of noise!

The long line at breakfast. Lol
Each time I have stayed here the staff always goes above and beyond to make guests, all of them, enter and exit with a smile. The pool table is SPOT ON!

The WiFi could have been a little better.. I was connected to the wifi and when someone tried to call me my phone would not ring.. They had to txt me.

When I checked in, they said I have to pay again and cancel with Booking.com, it took a while to convince the frontdesk person that I was not by any circumstances do that.
I liked the location, the hotel is cool and nice.

I travel with my pet and was asked if she was a service dog. I said she was in training, I was working on it. I was told you don’t charge for service dogs so thought they wouldn’t charge me. They did 50.00

The bed were a little small for us. The pool was not key access. And my child wasn't able to experience the game room because of her age. Also only one elevator was working so longer wait time to get on.
The room was a great size. Easy access to the parking lot and pool. Breakfast was amazing each day. Also the staff went above and beyond to decorate our room prior to showing up for my daughters birthday.
