Breakfast options very limited. Cleaning done every other day which is not bad in itself but toiletries should be replaced everyday.

Very neat, peaceful, serene environment, leisure facilities on site. Also location is very central and close to shopping centres, eateries and grocery shopping. Staff were very helpful and allowed us to check in earlier than check in time, for which we’re grateful.

It was just a random selection of the hotel, but it exceeded my expectations. One of the best stays in Naperville, Chicago. They had a 24/7 coffee station, along with water and ice. I really loved the cleanliness, and the staff was helpful as well. The rooms were nice and clean. Overall, 10/10 for everything.

Blankets were small and not the most comfy, breakfast options could definitely be better, no bacon even. There was also a mix up and we were given a room with 1 King bed but had booked for 2 Queens. Took the hotel a bit but they were able to switch us, so I'm not sure if this was a hotel error or booking.com error.

Mattress was comfy, plenty of amenities, nice towels, all applicances/electronics worked great. Also the location was ideal as we were close to many restaurants and shops. They have a lot of snacks in the lobby (not free) and they have free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate 24/7. The pool was well kept too.

A little hard to locate depending on which direction you are arriving from. Convenient location to other amenities like gas/food.

Thus facility was of newer construction with a fresh, clean atmosphere and staff who were very friendly and accommodating.

The facility was clean, inviting and comfortable with a couple extra amenities that seem to be exclusive to this brand. Ot had the norm, pool, free breakfast but also had a pool table in the main commons area along with 24 hour snack bar.

Towels needed to be bigger, just my opinion. I like huge bath towels. In room 216 the shower gel container was empty, just an oversight by housekeeping for sure.

Location was easy to find. Easy booking in process. Lovely reception staff. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Good ac. Nice coffee available in reception. Breakfast was fine, not a great choice but adequate. Loads of parking places.

Breakfast was ok, decaf coffee was terrible, scrambled eggs were pretty average! Breakfast was super busy and location seamed understaffed, long lines waiting for food replacements!

The property was acceptable, but the staff was quite rude. During my check-in after returning from an event etc, the front desk staff did not say a word to me. I found it surprising that the housekeeping staff was more hospitable than the workers at the front desk on all shifts. This lack of courtesy was off-putting, as I believe it's customary for staff at an establishment to engage with guests, even if only briefly.

It was close to the venue I was at for the weekend.

When we first walked in, a staff member stared at us and then walked out. She met up with a woman who was smoking cigarettes outside the front door (it stunk). I think she was housekeeping, which we didn't realize, until about 3 minutes later when someone else finally came to the front desk. He was nice. No issues there. Maybe just move the cigarette ash trays further from the door. Staff could be smoking out a side door that's secluded instead of a main entrance. And being in the service industry myself, I believe all staff members should smile and acknowledge guests, even if its not their job to help them directly.

It was convenient, mostly clean and a good price.

Very clean. Lots of amenities (free coffee and tea all the time), nice lounge with different kinds if seating to hang out. Lots of care by the staff to inform guests of places to eat and things to do in the see in the area. Very comfortable room and bath.
