We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThere was something wrong with the Hilton system, so we didn't get keys. Not a huge deal for us, but challenging for the staff. I also didn't see security cameras in the parking lot.
The place was nice and new, and the rooms were very clean. Breakfast was okay. The gentleman who checked us in was really nice and helpful.

United States of AmericaThe only negative thing i could say: 1- the pool needs a good scrub. There was a film on the tile. But that is true of most hotel pools. 2- i paid extra for a "sitting area" and the pictures showed a couch. My husband has a bad back so i grabbed the opportunity for him to be able to sit and relax. The room we got had a thin pad on the shelf by the tv. So, we couldn't sit there AND watch tv, or relax. Also- no microwave in the room and the description said "kitchenette". Should read "mini-fridge."
It was a fantastic experience. Tons of breakfast choices. Excellent vibe. Staff was nice and attentive. The soaps and lotions IN the room were so amazing, i had to order some! Yum.
