We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThere was nothing I did not like about my stay or the hotel. Everything was great from the room to the staff, to the breakfast. The location was prime, and everything was easy to get to.
The breakfast was very nice! Everything about the stay at the hotel was excellent!! The staff was kind, friendly and available as needed.

United StatesJoshua at the front desk was amazing!! He was great at check-in making it convenient and easy arriving at 9pm. Once we got to our room I realized I dropped almost $300 in cash from my wallet. Retracing our steps to the elevator we found Joshua with cash in hand!! Stating a child found it, he checked the cameras and seen it was ours!!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU!! Breakfast starting at 6am was also awesome with early volleyball start times!! We will be back!! The vibe, the energy, was all top notch!

United StatesThe grab bar that is on the shower door INSIDE the shower is rather dangerous. The door can open easily when grabbing it. I'd suggest you replace or modify those before you get sued after an accident.

United StatesCouple of things, only chair in the room was for a desk, first time ever, we travel a lot, no coffee maker in room, new building and refrigerator didn’t work, before they would replace it,they expected me to pull the fridge out and check the settings in the back of the fridge, not really my job. I asked about the chair, they said they don’t put one in the room. Because my wife is handicapped, in the show it did have a seat, but when you tried to pull the curtain around you can’t and the water ran on the floor and I hand to get on my hands and knees and wipe it up, not really made for a handicapped person, if they would be alone, big problem.
Location was fine, breakfast was just ok, orange juice was watered down, bananas were actually all brown inside, would have been good for banana bread but not to eat. They kept filling every Up quickly.

United StatesThe ac system never shut off and never got to temp desired. Every time we left the room and came back, it was 75 3 mornings in a row we went down for breakfast and either the eggs or sausage were empty. You know how full the place is. Breakfast should not be rationed.

United StatesFloors are NOT insulated for sound control. Exp... the room above our room, u could hear EVERY foot step and u could even here the chair rolling across the floor untill around 1230 am. In the morning the smoke alarm went off around 630 am because of a toaster burning toast because of no temp control switch on the unit. The way TRU went about a fix was to place a sticky note saying bagels only, which also came out burnt. So to be honest my wife and I would stay again if we got a voucher or a great discount but would much rather stay at a motel 6 where at least them things are expected. When Hilton is in the name we would expect a quite night sleep and a great wake up in the morning to start a wonderful journey.
