We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe bed linens were very strange.It looked like there was a mattress pad on top of the top sheet under the plastic weird bed cover. If you're only going to do housekeeping every other day, another set of towels would be appreciated. The breakfast was very simple... a bowl of apples, toast and bagels, cereal and some sort of pancake maker, and hard boiled eggs.
The front staff was very friendly and professional. There was plenty of space in the lobby to congregate or hang out or have breakfast. The Lavazza coffee was a nice touch. I also appreciated the water bottle filling station and ice by the elevators.

United States of AmericaA lack of thorough thought about disabled guests. For instance, doors should have a stopper to allow guests to maneuver a wheelchair without scratching the door or the equipment. Tha Hampton Inn has it for accessible rooms. Why not the other hotels in the Hilton chain?

United States of AmericaAll four pillows in the room were very soft and squishy. We didn’t care for that. Usually on a king bed there are two firm and two soft so you can get what you like. It took a long time to go to sleep using two pillows as two together still felt like you were laying flat with no pillow. I suggest swapping two of them for firmer pillows.
It was sufficient for an over night stay. If we were staying for several days we probably wouldn’t stay there as it was a small room with not much place to sit. But it was good for us this time.
