One staff member stared at us while we were getting breakfast from the buffet making us very uncomfortable and made us feel like we were doing something wrong. We all felt uncomfortable and then same staff member proceeded to talk to all other staff members about us. Not sure if we’d come back based on this interaction it was very unfriendly

nearly impossible to make direct phone contact with on sight personnel. left three messages via my Hilton account inquiring about early check in and I received no replies. whats up with the TV? getting it to turn on was like trying to find my way out of an escape room. hidden buttons and menu navigation. desk staff were not able to resolve.

the location was real good for those with their own transportation. close to retail and a lot of dining options. clean, comfortable and seemingly well maintained

Ah! - lack of guest laundry we are travelling for 4 weeks and expected to be able to was our 4 days use of clothes ….. we have travelled extensively with USA and every hotel accommodation had laundry guest facilities - perhaps we should have ask prior to booking - hey ho dump uk🇬🇧 couple 😟

Water pressure is quite low for a hotel. I appreciate the toiletry items being in bulk ( no little tiny single-use plastic bottles), but the design of them is awful for people with arthritis or hand/wrist issues…. Can’t squeeze them hard enough to get anything out. Some of the staff was fine, others seemed incredibly lazy…. Sitting on their phones for hours while we were down playing games in lobby-meanwhile, tables were dirty and needed to be wiped off, lobby bathrooms were messy and needed a little TLC, basketball court had mess that could be picked up…. I don’t mean housekeeping/mopping etc, I mean get a squirt bottle and a cloth and clean off some tables so people can use them, look in the bathroom and pick up paper towels that some kids probably threw on the floor etc. When I told two front desk staff who were sitting there staring at their phones that one lobby bathroom was out of toilet paper and one was out of paper towels at 7 am, one replied “that’s because there ain’t no one here to do that.” Most hotel front desk people I’ve encountered say “thank you” and walk to a closet, get the supplies, and go take care if it.

Beautiful, modern hotel. Nice breakfast with a lot of options. Rooms comfortable and clean. Quiet. Lots of nearby restaurants and activities. Games available in lobby, basketball court indoors, decent workout room, etc.

We stayed at the Tru by Hilton hotel, and overall, we had a good experience. The hotel is new, the beds were comfortable, and the room was clean and spacious. However, the breakfast was disappointing—there were very few options, and the food wasn’t tasty. Despite that, considering the price, we were satisfied with our stay.

Pillows, the Polyester pillows were very uncomfortable. Maybe for economy and cleanliness you must provide them, but would suggest an alternative.

Staff was so friendly and helpful!! The floors in the room we stayed in were solid, not carpeted taking away a lot of anxiety about my dog being with us during snowy weather.

Check was late, no one at front desk for a bit. Crowd of loud people in lobby after midnight and vaping. Stayed on 2nd floor and someone was blasting music until 2am
