Shower water was not very strong in room 206. And would have liked non pork meat options for breakfast, however breakfast was very good.

Clean and contemporary decor. A lot of places to sit. The coffee bar centrally located.

The water pressure in my shower was low and my bathroom door did not shut completely. Otherwise I have no concerns.

The staff were friendly and listened to any questions or concerns I had. The complimentary breakfast was nice, in addition to the stand alone water purifier.

The water pressure for the shower and sink was miserable. I don't know what the issue was, but on the 2nd floor we had slightly above a trickle out of of the shower or bathroom sink. I needs to be looked into for repair or pressure add.

Convenient location and the rooms were comfortable for our needs. Staff and Housekeeping were great!

The pillows were not supportive. Woke up at 4 am with headache and crink in my neck.

They didn't have ink pens in the room. 🤣 I had to go downstairs to get a pen.

I left at 4 am due to my flight leaving at 7. The hotel was beautiful and clean.

The room are cleaned each other day. And even for that i have to struggle for teh cleaning cre to come clean my room. After few days this was fixed

The staff is amazing. Very professional an very nice. All of them. I do not want to mention any name. The hotel is close to a Walgreen (0.3 miles) and a shopping mall (0.6 miles) with food option not very far. Quiet neighborhood. coffee available H24.

The food was horrible!!!!!! I tried different items. The sausage looked light gray, and the eggs were rubbery. The juice was watered down! This was the only thing that would keep me from coming next time I'm in the area.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Welcoming, with cookies and lemonade. I appreciated the only way to get up the elevator is with a room key!

The room could have used a couch and a microwave. We only stayed one night, but if it had been longer, would have missed having a chest of drawers for clothing storage. The sink faucet was loose in its mounting and appeared that it could have become disconnected at any time. Room 214 I could have been seriously injured when the bench seat in the ADA room shower collapsed underneath me due to improper positioning and assembly (I only weigh 225, not 400 lbs). After I looked at it, the legs were not levelled properly and there was supposed to be a safety locking pin in place and it was found to be dangling from it's chain, which was the reason for the collapse. NOT ACCEPTIBLE Housekeeping Team needs to be made aware of this and trained properly.

Good sized room. Nice breakfast options. Overall - modern and clean Digital key was a first, but had some trouble getting my wife logged in to be able to share it with here and still ended-up having to get a plastic key card. I really liked the blackout curtains. Complimentary bottled water was nice and having the room cooled down at arrival time was very much appreciated.

My AC didn’t work well even after I made the front desk aware of it. I didn’t like the pool was closed at 7pm. I thought that was too early.

Nicely decorated and the set up was nice. Bathrooms were nice I loved the shampoos and conditioners and lotion and soap dispensers and the beds were very comfy. The employees were nice as well.

The tub was slippery me and my son almost fell in tub. I dislike the wires that were out but overall it was a good stay

The breakfast has taken a turn for the worse. The eggs were runny, the sausage was cold, the english muffuns were rock hard. The great breakfast was a hard sell to us prior to this visit. We were not impressed this last visit.

The beds are super comfortable. I slept like a baby every night we stayed.
