The sheets and pillows smelled of perfume but otherwise nice accommodations.

I like the comfort of the bed the shower was amazing the soap that was there smelt so good and refreshing

There was some running back and fourth in the room above me all night long didn’t get much sleep and and a better variety of breakfast options could of been available

The property was very clean

I don’t have any complaints

Slim pickings for break

Absolutely nothing. It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

The staff was rude and unconcerned about problems. The youngest black female stay on the phone all the time, , the room(s) blinds were stuck half way so limited privacy and one had roaches (took pictures to post online, I wasn't comp'd for first night stay for having to move to a room with no queen beds (only had king available) due to me getting room thru booking.com, the breakfast gave us diarrhea and staff didn't to give you food when asked, no blankets or pullout sofa, family made to come in from by pool at 10pm and worker turned off lights in area w pool table so we couldn't play pool either. And I hurt my leg on the bed due to a piece being missing on the corner of the bed. Never again will I ever stay at any Tru by Hilton hotels!!!

Decor was very nice....the cabana or gazebo was nice....

Some of the staff were rude...(the lady who baked the cookies acted as if she bought them personally and as if our kids were gonna eat them from all other guest)then she bought some outside to us but the damage was done...also the person who was on duty Friday night that said we couldn't even sit outside and turned the lights off...we weren't even in the pool, in fact we didn't even use it....my brother was very upset....she did eventually allow us to sit outside but not in the gazebo/cabana but on the outside of the building between the gazebo and back of the building....it would have been great to sit in the shaded area but that wasn't allowed...and no microwave was a bit of a let down

Cleanliness and location

We came Thursday evening, and the young man at the check-in desk was great. The other clerks we absolutely horrible, and I will be filing a complaint for racial profiling and not complying with state regulations.

Location and price.

The pool was dirty. There was a bag of some sort caught up in the pool ladder. Then the next day there was several leaves, sticks, and grass on the bottom of the pool. Towel hanger in the bathroom behind the door was falling off. Door stop behind door in bathroom was broken.

Clean, accommodating. All amenities were available.

Shower water was not very strong in room 206. And would have liked non pork meat options for breakfast, however breakfast was very good.

The blinds in the room would not roll down. We did report it to the front desk.

Loved the self making pancake machine!

Cleanliness and ambiance.

Not per se didn't like, however, I wish there was yogurt with the breakfast selection.

We loved Nekito, West, NNvy, and La' Darion, and the cleaning staff!! The breakfast was delicious and I thought that the beds were going to be to soft although I slept like a baby!!

We wish we had a microwave in the room although not a deal breaker! There was one in the lobby.

Clean and contemporary decor. A lot of places to sit. The coffee bar centrally located.

No microwave in room, no coffee in room to have in PJ’s.
