Several folks on the floor were loud a few times. They yelled at one point, and talked loudly near my room. Doors seem loud even when you try to close quietly. Air kicking on was loud.

The breakfast was okay. It did have a decent variety. Overall still a great experience.

The property was nice and very clean. A lot of amenities ! Was honestly pleasantly surprised on how well kept the property really was. The beds were super comfortable and loved the shower !

Breakfast wasn’t acceptable. Very crowded at 8am and couldn’t get a quick bite. Eggs were gone and waiting. Same with regular coffee. Settled for decaf. Not a hotel I’d use again factoring in they offer a free breakfast.

Room was extremely nice and clean. Slept very well.

Breakfast was picked over, needed to be refilled or restocked. The coffee was empty the day we arrived around 4pm and was empty again in the morning for breakfast, so maybe just quicker/more staff to restock.

Clean and simple, the price was great. Staff were friendly and the room itself, while small, was very comfortable and clean.

We were out of body wash for the shower. And our AC quit working at about 11:00pm at night and nobody downstairs would answer

It was right around the corner from where we were going. And it had an inside pool.

Well, I still think the breakfast could be tweaked a little bit. Let's have some real breakfast sausage.

This was our second stay at the Tru Hilton Troy and again we enjoyed ourselves. When you enter the atmosphere is so relaxed.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Very professional.

The hotel was not cleaned sufficiently or frequently. The elevator floors were sticky and the carpeted floors were dirty.

Breakfast was included and a good value. They had a lot of options including several hot foods.

The pool should be open later. The pillows sucked. I wish the sink was separate from the bathroom. The toilet flushed upwards.

It was clean overall. I liked that the concierge is open 24/7. It was a nice room.

The pet area was full of glass shards and cigarette butts. So that was disappointing. Our dog had glass in his paw.

My first room had a connecting door and the walls were very thin. The 2nd night I could hear the TV from the next door room it woke me up at 3am. I informed the staff and they resolved the issue. The next day I let them know and they were able to move me to another room that didn't have a connecting door. It was perfect.

Great hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and hotel felt modern and comfortable. Location was good with everything being a short 5-10min drive.

My only complaint was my thermostat didn't work very well so it was slightly cold in the room. The cleaning Associate should check to make sure its on or works OK before a hotel guest comes in so we don't have to call plus it was on New Years Eve so I didn't think anyone would be available after 12am. But it was a good stay.

The room was nice and spacious enough for a quick little getaway. I liked the cookies and breakfast.
