The location to Duval street and other areas of interest was excellent, and within walking distance. The room was very clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the heated pool in the evening after a day of exploring. The continental breakfast was just enough and very relaxing as it was outside by the pool. The staff was friendly and helpful and we had easily accessible parking!

We were a little startled by someone bringing bottled water in the evenings.

Convenient location for anywhere in Old Town. Staff was great, very professional, friendly and efficient. The grounds were continually being cleaned and organized. The extent of the breakfasts items available were more than we expected. Only comment on the food was that the filled croissants did not have much filling but it was only a minor consideration. The way the facility is laid out and available seating on any level was great. We did not make the wine happy hour only because we were not on the property at that time. We will be back!

Needs additional hooks or bars in room or bathroom to hang wet swimsuits and wet towels. Pool area needs staffed bar.

Only minor issue was some noise through the night, cars / car music. Though this isn’t the property’s fault and windows did seem to be designed to limit it on the road side. Ultimately close proximity to the lively Duval Streets means there will be some noise anywhere near.

Quick check in, easy parking (additional), the property and pool area were great for relaxing around exploring Key West. The pool was warm with shaded seating always available when we needed it. Breakfast was simple but nice options and all kept clean and tidy. Great location with a short walk to Duval Street.

The HVAC system was really noisy and kept waking us up. That certainly can be addressed based on our professional knowledge as contractors.

Very clean. A nice ….bottled water every day. Breakfast good….we were there 4 mornings. It would have been nice to change up the sweet croissant as well as the ham and cheese. Exceptional bakery products none the less. Great supporting a local bakery. Possibly add banana instead of just apples and oranges.

So many little details dealt with expertly and with traveler in mind. Breakfast was spectacular; easy, delicious, Key West atmospheric. Pool was perfect. Love to be able to swim in evening.

We were on the first floor. When the guests in the room above us walked around, it was quite loud. The next time we stay there, we’ll request a room in an upper floor.

The staff (office and support) was so nice and accommodating. We loved the pool area and the complimentary breakfast in the morning and wine in the afternoon. Great location.
