Had an issue with ac. They came in twice to “fix” but all they did was shut off thermostat and switch breaker off and on. Then after a while it did it again. The next few times I just did it myself because I have a felling that was the extent of what they were gonna do. They know about the whole deal so I am hoping they will fix it before next person goes in.

Location was great. Close to everything but far enough to be quiet. And literally next door to the police station.

The AC wasn’t working the room was 76 degrees but we made the best of it. It was 11:30 pm when we got back from the concert so we didn’t want to both the front desk at that time. Other than that the place was fantastic

The room above us had a leak through the bathroom and the night before we left it started leaking into our bathroom. Bathroom smelt of urine the next morning. Seems like they knew about this problem before as you could see the stains on the ceiling.

It would have been better if you provide toothbrush, bottled water good enough for more than 1 person for the family room. We were 5 but the toothbrush is just one and the bottled water is just 2. And you should not use beddings with old stain.

I like the room's space. It was clean, and AC is functioning well. The 2 bathrooms were clean. Room design is nice and spacious for a family of 5.

The bathroom has minor mold growing in it and the sink had a broken stopper. These are only issues for me because I do inspections for this kind of thing and they quickly caught my attention.

The location as always is excellent to get to many train lines to move about the city. The room is nice enough and reasonably priced. The Bar/restaurant is also a great reasonably priced perk.

One or two of the front of house staff were less than friendly. For example, vending machine ate my money on two successive occasions only to be told to call the number as it was nothing to do with him. Rude, unhelpful and not consistent with the rest of the stay.

Our room wasn’t ready at check-in time and we had to wait for an hour. At that point, the hotel offered us a bigger room that was ready. I appreciated the gesture, but it was frustrating to lose an hour waiting when checkin time is listed at 4pm, and that was what time we arrived. Also, the shower door didn’t close all the way because it was too big for the space.

While the location of the hotel was excellent, the condition of the Family Room we were given was unacceptable. The pull-out couch was broken and unusable. More troubling, the sheets and pillows provided for it were heavily stained and appeared unchanged from previous use. It was disappointing, and we were forced to avoid using the couch entirely. Additionally, although I was told I could check in early, I was later charged $89 for it with no prior mention of the fee. That charge felt unfair, especially given the room’s condition. We also couldn’t leave our luggage in the storage room, as it was not secure and left us feeling uneasy. This experience fell far short of the standards expected from a Wyndham property.
