Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Little outdated. Bed had stains on it. Rooms temperature was 98 degrees when I got in it.

Well the microwave didn’t work and after calling three times to ask and getting told they would fix it, it never happened which sucked because we were there for two and had to go to the lobby to use that microwave to make lunch or dinner

The AC in my room didn’t blow cold air, on the fan worked. It was a hot West Texas day and the room was too hot to sleep. My buddy in the next room said his AC blew very cold, so I just had the bad room.
Great price and location right off the interstate. I believe it’s a family run business and the 3 people I interacted with were really nice people. Rooms were clean and parking right outside my room. It would have been a great value if the AC had worked.

The WIFI is slow, freezes up alot, the cable is on WIFI and you can't watch anything because it's constantly freezing up. Majority of the channels don't come on and all you see is an error message " channel scrambled". The fridge freezes up anything you put in there so have to thaw out my water or food. The towels and bed sheets are all dingy, literally had to get my own set.
Location is great and rooms are clean.

The only problem I had was when it was time for check out. Indian guy came out and demanded us to get out 20 minutes before we were supposed to get out. We were working on getting our things together and he was rushing us. We still had to wait on an Uber to take us to the airport and the Indian guy told us we can’t wait in the lobby that we can wait outside on the concrete. He’s the only person that ruined our stay at the end.

The blankets had a smell to them like they were in dirt and roaches were on the floor at least 2 had to put my clothes and shoes on the tables the tv had no sound on some channels

Towels feel like you’re drying yourself with a piece of carpet. Funky smell in the room, kind of run down.
Its next to the state troopers, so better peace of mind.

Staff friendliness could improve. Lady at check in seemed like she was chained to the desk and forced to work. Location is a little random but not a big deal.
Don't judge a book by it's cover but for the exterior looking run down and beat to crap the rooms were actually decently modernized and relatively clean. Not bad at all if you're looking for a budget stay. We got two rooms with 3 total beds for just over 120.

Just some negatives. It’s a cheaper motel granted so wasn’t expecting the works. Lot of oilfield workers, which if you’re one or around them then it’s no big deal just letting the rest of the world know haha. The room needed a deep clean, stains on walls and such. But nothing new, could use a deep clean and some new towels.
Can’t beat the price. I was just doing a stay to catch a flight the next morning so price was everything. The front desk girl was super friendly. Overall it was quite enough and the bed was decent. Big ole tv and hot water.

The air in the room was stail n muggy wasn't fresh n didn't go with the look of the clean room which kinda made it feel heavy n crowded

The roaches I was sleeping with roaches they were everywhere I put my food down for one second and there was a huge one on my food so waste of 30$ I spent on food . Roaches were in the end table in the bed everywhere

Due to construction that is out of property’s control makes it difficult to get to etc…occupants on first night sat outside on stairs with others running up and down above us yelling all hours

Me and my son were traveling for a baseball tournament so we just wanted something on the cheaper side, reliable great location just to lay our heads down for the night, but we did not get that at all at this motel. It smelled no shampoo or conditioner in the rooms it also had towels, I guess you get what you pay for. I’ll never stay here again.

The tv,s are huge.My wife does not walk and is wheelchair bound.Could use more handicap accessible rooms as none were available with two week reservation in advance. The average age is getting older and older every day and motels / hotels will need to accommodate more and more aged travelers They accommodated my request for a room close to handicap parking as my wife has a lot of "gear".Ended up being the same room I had last year.worked well.Thanks to all at super 7 midland.

The fridge in room froze up all food, ruins veggies, the cable/television froze up all the time and constantly says "scrabbling channel", when complained about it the clerk says it was due to the cable company and couldn't help. This was an ongoing issue my entire stay, 2 weeks. Linens were never changed out when room was serviced. I did not have these issues on previous stays, very disappointing.
