I didn't get the room I reserved and the room that I did get wasn't cleaned from the previous renters. The guy questioned me like I was lying about it or like I did an we just got there.

The water was cold. Time to upgrade the mattresses. And staff need to sweep and clean rooms better. For $144 a night I shouldn’t have to come in with a mop and broom. It definitely need an elevator. If they have one I didn’t see one.

I like that the rooms were very spacious. Had all that you needed including a stove. Balcony view two nights for $288.

The grounds were dirty, very dirty. There were screws all over the parking lot and I got one in my tire. One person in management said they would discount some of my stay because of that but they didn’t. There were no wash rags, and only 2 towels. Floors dirty and sandy but that is expected when steps away from the beach. The one thing that really bothered me was there was black mold on ceiling in the bathroom.

No housekeeping services were done the next day. The trash was left and we did not receive any new washcloths/towels. The window was not cleaned in room. No phone in room to call front desk.

I like that it was oceanfront and room was cool and ready along with refrigerator ready. Waking up to view the ocean sunset and sunrise. The tv being on the wall, the bathroom toilet and sink was updated in style.

It really needed updated the furniture was bad , there was only 1 tv in living room that was very outdated,they advertise as of having kitchen but no kitchen stuff at all

No continental breakfast. No one came to give us new towels/washcloths or change our bedding. We only got two towels, two washcloths, and one smaller towel. There was no one who even came around to check or call to see if we needed new linens at all. The parking lot was kinda messy/trashy. (But that had no effect on the room, inside was clean and well kept)

How close it was to the beach. The cleanliness of the room. Refrigerator worked great and so did ac. Pool was very clean..

Floors were dirty, like they haven’t been mopped in a long time. If your feet are wet, expect to accumulate all the black stuff on your feet. The shower was pointless, no water pressure & the drain didn’t work. so everything you washed off, your feet end up taking a bath in. Wi-Fi is pointless because it didn’t reach the back of the property where I was staying. Have to walk up what felt like 6 flights of stairs to get to the room.
