The house position is just perfect (close to downtown, stadium, harbour). We could do the laundry for free.

People smoked weed in a different room, and you could smell it in the whole house. I would appreciate normal towels in our room.

Comfortable stay

- Good position for the Baltimore Convention Center. - The key system is working well - The room was bigger than expected - Private bathroom

- Sheets had some stains on them, - Impossible to open the window - Single-use towels were okay, but I would have preferred to have more than one per day.

The room was comfortable, clean, very spacious if I were to room with another person, the bathroom was right next to the bedroom so I didn’t have to look around or anything plus the room was A/C normally the ac at any place I stay at doesn’t work or it’s shitty but this one was so good. Anytime I come to Baltimore I’ll book this room again. And maybe it’s because I came at a random time but the whole time I was there I couldn’t hear anyone only time I did was when I would leave and you would walk past others doors but in my room I couldn’t hear a thing

The bathroom was not private but shared, and was not clean. Next to my room I felt strong weed smell and didn't feel comfortable/safe staying at the premises. I had to book another room/hotel for the same night.

It’s a walk up. Our rooms were on the top (4th) floor. Not mentioned in the description, that could be a problem for some travelers. Also, room advertised as having a private bath. It’s not private. It’s shared with the adjoining room. Again, not a problem for us since we booked both rooms. But could be an issue for others. Finally, the towels were some sort of prepackaged material. It was like drying yourself with a large paper towel.

The location was perfect if you want to attend an Orioles game.

- There was very limited kitchenware (no real utensils, no plates/bowls, no pans, no oven mitts, etc.). - There were no towels. -Although the unit is private, it's in a shared building, which got very loud with people moving around or slamming doors. - You can't control the thermostat.

1. Communication with the property manager was difficult to establish. The phone number listed here & provided by booking.com is wrong. The area code is 410, not 443. I had to call booking.com and still wait for instructions until quite late. It was very nerve-wracking. 2. The place is advertised as having a private bathroom. This is a lie. There are several rooms and a shared bathroom. Blatant and predatory misinformation. 3. This is clearly a case of a landlord trying to maximize value on their property by renting out Airbnb-type stays while doing the minimum possible. 4. The place is shabby and not well-maintained. There is some basic cleanliness, but also some really blatant problems…. the sheets and bedding were cheap polyester, old, and linty (there were even some hairs and stains). There were stains on the seating in the room. The pillows were saggy and sad. The bathroom rug was suspect, and there were hairs on the floor. The hot water in the shower took quite a while to come on. The communal kitchen was not very clean (the fridge and freezer were dirty and had old food, the shared dishes were not washed properly, etc.). Various objects and corners/crevices were dusty/dirty. The air conditioner was dusty. Various surfaces seemed only roughly cleaned. The mini fridge in our room was old and gritty. One of the lamps was missing a lightbulb. 5. There were almost no toiletries available. One roll of crappy toilet paper in the bathroom for all the people staying in the house. No toilet paper holder. No hooks in the bathroom. Someone stole one of my own toiletry items. We were given two cheap “hygienic towel” packs that were actually medical lab/office surface covers, and certainly not towels. 6. The whole place smelled way too strong of artificial fragrance. The windows had no screens so they had to stay closed. 7. Honestly, there’s probably more I could say but this is what I can think of for now.

The cleanliness of the property the spacious bedroom it was quite comfortable it felt like home You could barely tell there were others staying here and the pictures if the place did it no justice it super nice in here

The perfect solution for my low-budget needs. Easy to access. Just the perfect amount of comfort for the price. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. I'll definitely stay here again if I come back to Baltimore

The budget, disposable towels weren't my favorite at first. And I can how managing laundry could increase the price of the rentals. I would just recommend notifying guests up front of the ways you keep pricing affordable.

The place was very nice. Super comfortable beds. The location is great, and the staff were supper attentive to all my needs and accommodations. I will 100% book again!
