    The only positive was it was close to highway. So we could get out of there as quick as possible

    Where to start. The hotel does have a pool as described. However pool has been decommissioned. Stagnant green water and rubbish at bottom of pool. As soon as you walk into lobby you can smell the mixture of urine and mould. Hallways are the same. Rooms have the same stagnant smell. Beds are uncomfortable with springs poking through. Shower didn’t work. There is a sign in reception stating that coffee is available in the morning. However when we went down to get some at 5he stated time. There was no coffee. This is because the female receptionist was admittedly asleep and we woke her. She said give her 15 mins. But this never materialised. I assume one guest was a permanent resident as the school bus had just collected her Daughter. She also commented on the coffee to which the same female receptionist stated “well you can go f@#k yourselves”. Very charming. All in all not a pleasant stay and have immediately cancelled a stay at the same chain in our onward journey. DO NOT STAY HERE Ly

    Friendly front desk staff. A/C worked with any issues.

    Pool was not available and looked like it had not been used in a long time. It should be taken off the amenities list. Hallway smelled of mold and mildew on our way to room 106. Water from bathroom sink flows down the drain extremely slow.

    Location and Front desk personnel.

    Gnats, or some other kind of bug, all over the room. The elevator in the building needs maintenance. Patches in the wall make it look like a UFC event occurred in the room I was in. Hallways smell..

    I like the ubicación a lot of restaurants and stores near by

    We checked in, and we got room 207, we walked in and smelled musty, and the room had connecting rooms, and the door didn't even closed and the lock didn't work either, the smoke detector battery was low and it was beeping, no mini fridge or microwave, we asked for another room 103 and the room was better but the bathroom door was not easy to close (sliding door) was stock, the room was close to the back door,and the door didn't close or even lock and neither the glass door going to the parking lot, any body just can go in, need a lot a maintenance

    No breakfast, not even coffee. No fridge, TV didn't work and the pet odors was like an animal shelter everything

    Booking .com also played a very bad role in this too. It took 4 1/2 hours to try to extend my stay for one night. Booking .com did not resolve the issue and costed me more money because they would not extend

    No fridge in the room, the machine is not in second floor, no complementary water in the room, no microwave on the second floor or room, etc.

    The room was tore down nothing like the pictures. Was notified the day before some facilities "may" be down due to covid 19. The whole reason I booked here was for the pool that my child I only see once a year can enjoy and spend time with her mom. The pool had no water in it. Microwave did not work. Neighbors in and out banging on door at 2 am. The door you can see thru and was not safe at all even with locks. See pics. I had to find other accommodations asap with no extra money I checked out early and slept on my daughters floor the rest of my trip.

    Location and friendly staff.

    The TV didn't work (supposedly satellite was out all over the hotel), the room wasn't clean, and they said they were not opening the pool. That was one mail reason I had gotten a room there was a pool to swim in.

    The customer service was lousy. I never got to stay in the apartment. They refuse to process the payment from Affirm they lied and said the person that paid for it didn’t pay and we had proof we called Affirm and was told the Motel had to process the payment and they didn’t. They lied said they never got it. The people behind the counter were so rude the Indian Lady. I will never use your services again for Motel 6. It is not the first time I’ve dealt with their rudeness. I used another motel within the hour, and they were gracious polite, good customer service, and processed the affirm payment.

    Rude rude customer service people!! Perhaps you need to do some training for immigrant people that don’t understand how important customer service is!!

    We were asleep and water started to come out the ceiling from the restroom where the light is and it flooded our room so we had to woke up, asked for another room but at first, she was well you’re almost out in three hours, but yeah, I need a place to shower get ready and leave. I can’t shower because the room is flooded with water at the end. They did give us another room. Plus it has a smell!!!!
