Pool was not available and looked like it had not been used in a long time. It should be taken off the amenities list. Hallway smelled of mold and mildew on our way to room 106. Water from bathroom sink flows down the drain extremely slow.

Friendly front desk staff. A/C worked with any issues.

Blown out mattress with massive divots on either side, dirty mattres feeling oily in the morning, pillows felt like they were filled with rolled up socks.

Shower worked well, ac worked well.

The hotel smelled bad. On top of our rooms was uncleaned, and there was a hole in the bathroom floor, and when it 930-10am when check out not until 11am. My family and I was getting up out of bed an getting ready for the day when all of sudden are hotel door starts to open, freak us all out. Come to find out it was house keeping, made it feel like they were trying to rush is out the door. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

Location was great, it was close to all the activities we had planned.

Mattress is uncomfortable, and the place is poorly manteined. No extra pillows. Ice maker is not working.

As soon as you drive up in front of the entrance there’s trash that’s running over all on the ground. The front doors needs to be wiped down at least two times throughout the day.

The manager. She is very hard working, she even mop the floors and stairs. Nothing is beyond her job title. I’ve even seen her take a refrigerator to a room for a guest. She makes sure that any concerns that a guest have she take care of it immediately. The guest are her top priority. Also the maintenance man Pedro is wonderful. He gets the job done. On my last visit he actually installed a brand new toilet in my room. I was like okay they really do put their guest first. Pedro is the man and Motel 6 is very blessed to have him “ AND” the manager working for them. They both deserve raises. The other front desk staff is wonderful as well. They are super friendly and professional. Again they put the guest first.

The hotel had so much hanging out at the front desk with alcohol consumption involved. As well as what looked like prostitution going on at the door. We got there late due to storms on the way in. The lack of cleanliness was an issue. The room I got was non smoking as were all rooms on that floor and it smelled like cigarettes. The bed was like a roll away and very uncomfortable. There were 2 disgusting old A/C in the hall way to the elevator. The room was dusty and looked like it hadn’t been swept.

Only thing I liked is that I was near a freeway to get to my final destination

Smell of marijuana in the hallways. Strong smell of bug spray in my room. Outside doors were propped open and not locked which made me feel unsafe. Refrigerator in room was a very loud rattling noise which made me think that it wasn’t working properly and it was not cold inside. No Wi-Fi connection that worked. No bathtub just a shower which I wasn’t too crazy about. So I got my money back immediately. I was there 15 minutes.

Some room's were updated were as other's could have used TLC. Being blamed for previous occupants damaging sinks etc and being banned sighting you were the one's that caused the issue or getting permission to park a vehicle of your's at the location and fix a minor problem and going thru proper channels or what you thought were the proper channels just for them to have you towed without warning and now having to cost a meer $700.00 to get that vehicle which was your only vehicle back for yourself and your children without even a heads up to move it. And had the means to have it moved but wasn't given the option to do so. And believe you me I would have gladly made such arrangements but again wasnt given such an option. Or the fact I watch a hypodermic used needle in the stairwell that sat for days that anyone's children could have potentially gotten hurt by or even worse caught some disease that couldn't be cured. Need I go on.

I liked the price point.

Phone in room did not work. No towels in room. Front desk gave me floor towels which are for stepping out of the shower, not drying off.

The place was old looking, needs remodel. The employees vehicle was parked under the entrance, we were glad it wasn't raining. There were stragglers hanging around the front on the outside of the business, a little scary!!

The bed slept very good.

Could have been cleaner and the beds, oh the beds. The mattresses need to be replaced already. You can feel all of the springs.

Plenty of good restaurants near by and it was only 9 minutes away from the AMPP building where I was taking my CIP 2 course.

Where to start. The hotel does have a pool as described. However pool has been decommissioned. Stagnant green water and rubbish at bottom of pool. As soon as you walk into lobby you can smell the mixture of urine and mould. Hallways are the same. Rooms have the same stagnant smell. Beds are uncomfortable with springs poking through. Shower didn’t work. There is a sign in reception stating that coffee is available in the morning. However when we went down to get some at 5he stated time. There was no coffee. This is because the female receptionist was admittedly asleep and we woke her. She said give her 15 mins. But this never materialised. I assume one guest was a permanent resident as the school bus had just collected her Daughter. She also commented on the coffee to which the same female receptionist stated “well you can go f@#k yourselves”. Very charming. All in all not a pleasant stay and have immediately cancelled a stay at the same chain in our onward journey. DO NOT STAY HERE Ly

The only positive was it was close to highway. So we could get out of there as quick as possible
