There should be at least drinkable water machine beside the ice_machine for families.

The breakfast was excellent, the eggs were delicious and the other food were freshly made. Love it all. Dining was not overcrowded and staffs were respectful of our property during cleaning.

I didn’t like that hot tub had been filled in by concrete at some point. Tv was tiny maybe a 32 inch

Friendly staff, great location, clean, comfy bed, and great breakfast. Love the full size bottles of handsoap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion in bathroom.

Breakfast time was my best. The lady always made sure everything was stock and clean. Very good job. Food was much better than other places. I really enjoyed it. The room was a bit small for my family size. I got a king with sofa bed. Bed were okay to sleep but the room was small. When I entered the room it had a smell. Staff was friendly. Pool was okay. Location was quite and perfect for my purpose at Tyler. Hotel seems like they need some work to do in the rooms.

The photos online did not match the room. I will attach photos first of what is on booking.com first and last photos of what I got. Upon questioning the fee and the room the guy at the desk in a hoodie and a baseball cap with no name tag on state, “yeah we haven’t updated our photos.” No apology . The room had a smell to it. We ran out of body was and the soap dispenser broke at the sink. The windows would not open for fresh air. Booking.com showed a lower rate than I paid for the same night when I went back onto see cause the room was not what was pictured on Booking.com. I probably won’t use them again.

The bed seemed more comfortable than most hotels. The breakfast bar was really good the lady was ver attentive. I will attach pictures. Auto pancake maker and peanut butter. Hot items and all the breads were individually wrapped like toast English muffin etc.

The "lady" at the reception desk on June 8th 2025 at 1pm, was rude and impolite. At first, no one was at the reception desk, then after a while, "she" showed up annoyed to have a customer there. It definitely ruined the good experience at this hotel. They knew we were a family of 3 and only gave us 2 towels.

Room was clean, and breakfast was decent with hot options. The Cinamon rolls were good.

Rented room with jacuzzi tub main reason n pd extra for that room style upon checkin was informed none of their jacuzzi tubs jets in none of the rooms work due to hail damage they got🙅🏻‍♀️ they need update their site advertising something they do not have However the front desk lady said they’d give me 1000 points but I had to download their app which 1000 points doesn’t really get ya nothing

No complaints. They had issues with the keys the late night I came in and the young girl at the desk acted quickly and had a new key for me in the morning. The original hotel room I had smelled like the bathroom was mopped with a dirty mop and she immediately got me a new room and reimbursed me for the key issue. Overall very happy with the experiences

One time card room card didn't work, went to front desk to get new card, new card did not work, cleaning staff had to let us in and they said the cards don't work about half the time.

The breakfast was very good. The attendant did not seem like she wanted to answer any questions. Front desk staff was friendly.

The cheap hollow core door on the bathroom that is hung in such a way that it almost swings closed, left to its own devices, cheapens the entire room a little bit. I felt that my very large bed was a little bit crowned in the middle, which is not a big problem, but it is noticeable.

The breakfast was better than average for low-cost lodging. But, anytime one is eating factory made omelettes with plastic forks on Styrofoam plates with no fresh fruit and cinnamon rolls that come in plastic containers from Lord knows where, you can’t really give that breakfast a very high rating. Staff members were courteous and enthusiastic. The room was large. The furnishings were a little worn, but they were completely OK. My room had a very good worktable, almost like a small conference room table.

I didn't get to eat the breakfast because I had to catch a flight at 6am so my lyft driver picked me up at 4am, so that's the only thing I missed out on. Just wish there was fresh fruit or even a pastry available at that hour for the guests that have to leave before breakfast starts. They did have coffee ready but that's all.

Very comfortable bed and pillows! Nice TV, lots of channels, air conditioner worked great, clean room, friendly staff, quiet hotel, would stay again. Safe place to stay if traveling alone.
