Beautiful and remote location to get that true "glamping" experience.

Zero connectivity, although I know that was part of the experience. The mattress in our tent was very uncomfortable and should be replaced.

Fun experience with a warm bed. The fire pit with S'Mores while watching the sunset was incredible. One of the staff helped figure out a way to charge my Apple Watch. :)

Hugely overpriced. Limited menu for dinner and restaurant area organisation poor.

Cool concept. Nice welcome and explanation of how the tents work etc. Comfortable camping. Good food. Enjoyed the fire pits and smores.

    Nothing, it was perfect.

The whole staff is amazing, friendly and well informed. The tents have everything you need and are clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the tents with separate tent for the kids. They also loved this experiance. Star gazing at night lying in bed - perfect :-) The beds are comfy and you get several layers of blankets to make sure you have a good night. The food is also very tasty and the whole common area has a nice setup with great views.

Only way to get in touch with staff was by cellphone, which service was spotty for me, so had to walk from the tent to the lobby if we needed anything.

Loved the remoteness of it and the disconnect from technology it provided. Also great star gazing anywhere in the area.

    Nothings.

Peaceful. Beautiful setting . Helpful staff and used organic products where possible . Healthy range of snacks and good choice of games to play when raining . Free tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Provided hot water bottles for us at night that stayed warm and the fires in the tent were so easy to light and made the tent nice and snug. Good healthy food choices at meal times .

Unique and special overnight near Bryce Canyon

The stay is a bit pricey, particularly when resort fees and dining are accounted for, but it's truly a one-of-a-kind experience, and I would say worth the expense. It is a 20 minute drive from the park entrance, but I assume necessary to achieve the tranquil dark sky setting.

The hospitality was fantastic. Service levels that are difficult to find anymore. Lovely grounds and tasty food on site. Live music in the evening was a wonderful, unexpected bonus to our stay. The tent was appointed nicely and very functional. The bedding was beyond cozy.

It is advertised as a sustainable eco camp. But the wooden stove is a gimmick. The supplied wood is so dry, it burns very quickly, like paper. If you need to heat up the tent overnight, it is impossible (we were there late september and the nights were getting really cold, due to the high elevation). You have to feed the stove constantly all night. Went thru half a cord of wood, multiply that by 50 tents, that's a lot of wood burning... Since there's a propane tank for heating the water, i don't see why can't you use a propane heater too... Also, since you are in the middle of nowhere, you are captive to their kitchen and pricing. Website was advertising 10 dollar dinners, not even close. Breakfast was expensive too. I understand that the cost of operating the place must be high, but still... For the price, 500 bucks a night, glad we tried it, but i don't think well be back...

Nice, roomy canvas tent with toilet and hot water sink and shower. Comfy beds. No electricity in the tent, with supplied battery packs for charging your phones, battery operated lanterns. Very good, dark sky location. Enjoyed the night sky. Helpful staff, called us within 30 minutes after checkout about the mobile phone we left in the tent.

The short length of hot water for showers.

The location was convenient. It was a warm and inviting environment. Loved the fire pits and S’mores. Gave us the chance to meet other folks. We slept in the star Gazer and absolutely loved the nighttime view. Great staff - Shout out to Taylor and Savannah for being so incredibly helpful and kind.

Not very ecological. Plastic cups, plastic cutlery, disposable plates etc. They only recycle aluminium. For a place rooted in the natural world they need to do a lot more to re-use and re-cycle.

Tent was beautiful. Felt very private. Staff were really helpful. I loved the watching the sunset from the outdoor dining area.
