We booked the property based on location and feedback from other contributors who have used the property. I would say we were really happy with our stay, from first meeting Kevin for signing in and the walk round we knew we were going to like it. Kevin was an excellent host who was very informative and made us feel very welcome, we later met Dennis who was also very informative and gave us a great suggestion for dinner. The property didn’t disappoint and with the added extras, fridge full of cold water, cookies and coffee available in the afternoon which were home made! I am now running out of positives so every member of staff we met was more than helpful, this is one of the best.

The bathroom in our room was super tiny ! My husband and I knew at time of reservation that this room clearly mentioned size- and it lived up to description. We are both on the small side.. I'm 5'2 and petite and husband is 5'8 and trim . Our son and his wife would not have been able to make that room work. We will request a room with a larger bath next time to allow us to spread out a bit

Breakfast was spectacular both mornings of our stay . And.. they were kind about making slight changes to the offerings. Great coffee, wonderful evening sweets, and the sheets ( FRETTE ) were a dream come true. We had great control of light , and while there is a little traffic noise .. you must remember you are in the middle of Nantucket in high season! We'd go back .. loved the entire staff who helped us get prized reservations - and our lovely room. No detail is overlooked at Union Street. Stay there .. you won't be dissapointed.

Breakfast was provided on site and had indoor and outdoor seating options. The food was served to order and as a result was fresh and hot. Coffee, tea and other drinks were available all day. They also had afternoon snacks available which were fresh and tasty. The staff were very helpful and friendly. What a treat from people that had a busy summer and were still kind at the end of the season We lucked into staying at this inn for our first trip to Nantucket. Will definitely book with Union Street Inn again

Nothing really. Our bathroom was slightly narrow (being a bigger guy), but there was nothing negative about Union Street Inn!

All the staff went over and beyond to make our stay amazing! This being our 1st visit to Nantucket, Kevin was awesome in helping us with recommendations of places to see and dine. The garden was so peaceful and charming. We enjoyed the gardens vibe for daily (Amazing) breakfast, homemade sweets and our nightly night cap. It was very helpful that Union Street Inn offered all their guests beach chairs/umbrellas/towels to use daily. Room #7 was a time capsule that offered us extreme comfort and charm. Location is A+++ Union Street Inn will be our go to when we plan our next visit!

Great Inn, but I will visit during the off-season next time. Peak season is pricey!

The locations is perfect--a short stroll from the ferry. The staff were super helpful. We were able to leave our bags all day before we checked in. Very accommodating all around. Highly recommend.
