Hi Susan, you forgot to mention that you arrived 3 hrs before check in and nocked on my other unit disturbing my guests, when you requested to check in by 3 or 4pm. " l nicely let you in-You asked me to fix the Tv only next day at night and nothing was wrong, it just needed to be plugged in I only found out about the door being broke by you after when you asked me to check the TV YOU DID NOT MENTION THE DOOR until your last night. l wonder why! l do care thats why l personally went over to the tv- all l said was if you told this before l could have it fixed, now is late and no one will show up and l guaranteed you that you were both safe in my property because we were all there in the main house YOU should google the meaning of a studio.

Security: Our entry door is reinforced to ensure your safety. While it may initially seem heavy, it's an important security feature. 3. Availability: We reside just 200 meters from the property and are always ready to assist. We encourage direct contact in case of any issues. 4. Incident Clarification: There was a misunderstanding involving family members on the neighboring property. The situation was promptly clarified by authorities, with no need for a police report after Barbara called the cops on my adult kids hanging outside by my porch 200 meters away after a wedding. No one entered or tried entering her studio. 5. Refund Policy: We strictly adhere to Booking's refund policies. It's important to note that after the platform denied a refund, the guest in question initiated a series of persistent contacts requesting direct payment, which goes against our policies and those of Booking. 6. Post-Stay: Regrettably, following the refund denial, we have faced repetitive and inappropriate contacts from this guest. This does not reflect the typical behavior of our visitors nor the experience we offer. 7. This is just an attempt to receive a full refund, her so called bad experience at my property will go away if she gets a refund. We deeply value each guest and are dedicated to providing pleasant and comfortable stays. We encourage future guests to read all reviews for a complete and balanced view of experiences at our accommodation. We are available to clarify any doubts before booking. Mandy, I understand your frustration, you’re going to a hard time I get it. You rented my place for 3 nights, brought a dog without consent and left in the middle of the night when I simply let you know I didn’t know about the dog. I even told you since you were already here with the dog and he seemed sweet that it was ok to stay. That rubbed you the wrong way and you left claiming the door didn’t close tight. It’s very obvious that you are unstable , grabbing your kid and dog 11pm and leaving behinds personal stuff. Booking didn’t think you had a good reason to leave and get your money back and that’s why you’re angry. I did nothing to you. But I’m glad you didn’t stay too long, you rearranged my backyard Furniture, broke my door and left behind dog poop, all of this in a couple of hours staying here.

Thank you for your honest review Matthew, The Wi-Fi password was given to you 2hrs later. I never got a second message in regards to the Wi-Fi request until the day you left, for some reason the platform booking use for us to message each other , it was delayed. I do see the message at 1:43 am the day you left. I’m so sorry about this and regarding the Pan, I keep them inside the oven not to get dusty on top of the stove. The Ac adjust and it’s the perfect unit for a small 487sf place like mine. Thank you for your review
