We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesFor an apartment, this place lacks furniture to sit (there were only 2 chairs and a table) and put your belongings. However, it does have enough kitchen utensils. This facility could use better inventory tracking. I booked Apt 17... after getting my confirmation before I check in. I got a call from the manager saying Apt 17 was actually occupied and I was assigned Apt 15. On my second night, my assigned parking space #15 was occupied when I returned to the apartment at 8:30PM. When I call the office, I was told to park between slots 22 to 25. You do need a car to make this place work.
The cleanliness of this apartment matches up to the photos displayed on the website. There were issues (see What I didn't like) but the support phone number was excellent. There were there to answer questions and emergencies no matter what time of the day.

United StatesThe only minor nuisance is that there's only one window curtain layer. So you either close them for the night or let passerbys see what's going on inside. It would be nice to have a second translucent layer.
The room was recently remodeled. The kitchenette includes everything necessary except for a real range. You can see a big green mountain from the window. It's centrally located (e.g. the road to Hana is as easy to get to as southern beaches) and so is perfect for first-time visitors who are not biased towards a specific destination.
