Perfect spot for a family vacation! Very clean! Just a small walk away from the beach. Nice pool/barbecue area! Highly recommend!

My only complaint is that when I pulled the sheets from the queen bed, there were stains on the mattress cover.😬 Also, one of the blue chairs in the living room kept "popping" the springs, but it's fixable.

I loved everything about this place, honestly! It was clean. It was perfectly situated to the pool and the beach. It was well-stocked with kitchen supplies. The pool towels were such a nice bonus touch because we forgot to pack them.

There is virtual little storage space and zero clothes-hanging space. There are closets in both bedrooms, but they are taken over the either supply- or locked cabinets as wide as the closets. Luckily we didn't need the second bedroom so we just used the beds as impromptu storage.

The house was spacious, with a nice layout. If you're used to beach houses built in, probably, the 80s, this is it: a bit rougher on the outside, but quite up-to-date inside. The property looks cool, but having come in the winter we didn't get to experience it. It's right next to the beach and there are a couple of restaurants in walking distance. Most restaurants -- be prepared to drive to. The kitchen was large and very well equipped. The house was clean and well furnished. They had a few beach supplies, a few more books, and even games, though none of the games we tried were actually complete (if they had all the pieces, the instructions were missing; if they had instructions, a few key pieces were missing).

Check in process was confusing. The booking was managed by both Booking.com and Vacasa. One told us to check in with the office upon our arrival for swim / parking passes and the other told us to use the door code provided. We tried to check in with the office, but they were closed. We called the after hours number and were told they didn't have a reservation for us. We then tried the door code provided by the second provider and it worked. Parking / swim passes were in the condo.

Location to the beach is amazing. Very clean and comfortable condo.

Nothing - we loved it and would absolutely stay again

The location is amazing! Very short walk to a wonderful, private beach, where we spent much of our time, watching the sunrise and splashing in the waves. It is also very close to the main shopping and dining area of Port Aransas. The condo itself was very comfortable and lovely. We loved having breakfast on the balcony. It was very clean and great for our family of 4.

Location. Lighted Boardwalk to the beach. The pool was clean and not overly crowded. Bed was actually comfortable and not super hard. Loved the board games, toys and coloring books provided, the kids had a great time!

The internet didn’t work but they were very prompt to respond to my email and were happy to fix it for us!

The home was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with kitchen utensils, bowls, plates and even kid friendly cups and bowls! We were pleasantly surprised to find seasoning spices, salt, pepper and some vegetable oil. It was also fun for my kiddos to find some toys to play with and new books to read! we also loved that the walk to the beach was super quick! We had a wonderful time. Definitely would stay again!

It was dirty, fridge was dirty, there was toe nail clippings on the table, hot water went out 2minutes into my shower, the place smelled, the heater smelt even worse, used the blender and it smelt like it was gonna start a electrical fire.... All and all was not satisfied

Front door would not lock when leaving and hall restroom toilet had to hold down the lever for it to flush.

We had paid for a 2 bathroom unit and upon arrival we turned on the faucet in 1 of the bathrooms to bathe the toddler and the spout/spigot fell off. We reported it and was told the next morning it couldn’t be fixed during our stay as it was tied to a repair in the downstairs unit. We were told not to use the bathroom during our stay with no apologies or solution. I feel very unsatisfied that I paid for a 2 bathroom and was unable to use both. I probably would not book with Vacasa again.
