Had a family suite, lots of space and quiet room on the 9th floor , staff fantastic. Paid for the drinks cups for our stay which was brilliant as could top up whenever you liked. On site restaurant good quality and we had lunch and dinner there several.times. Handy onsite starbucks for that early morning coffee fix. Good pool area , little shallow but did the job. Excellent location on international drive with ihop and dennys across the road

Amazing location. Free transport to Universal parks and handy fir International Drive. Staff were fantastic and the quick service food was tasty and good value, as are the refill cups that cost $30 for the full length of your stay (7+ nights)

The bathroom door was a little weird a sliding one would have been better. A bit on the pricey side.

Ideal for families, clean and fresh. Really nice price, with great bus links to Universal parks.

The bus into Universal and the good sized room and pool with a lifeguard plus a bar. The surf styling was bright and uplifting and there is a Starbucks on site

Price of the food was a little steep but you kind of expect it around the parks!

Fantastic hotel, lovely staff, if you are going to the parks the buses etc are really convenient. The rooms can be a little noisy but it was short lived. The staff are lovely at this place and nothing was too much trouble. Swimming pool was great too

The checking in was long. You hear everything from the next rooms. But luckily at night it was nice and quiet!

It will be better if each floor could have drinking water dispensers for the guests.

It’s super clean and very easy to go to universal studio. Room is very big and comfortable bed. The staff helped us to arrange early check in which is great.

I loved everything.

I would recommend for anyone traveling with families. So beautiful and relaxed. Pools open until 11. Shuttle is quick. I'd never stay anywhere else.

Everything was very clean, staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, lots of parking spots, conveniently located, plenty of buses to and from parks, delicious café on the lobby.

In my opinion, Nothing !

2nd time I've stayed at Surfside, I can't fault them Fantastic location, Fantastic amenities, Great Rooms, everywhere was spotless. Free transportation to Universals theme parks. And the staff 10 and of 10. Friendly, polite, could not be more helpful.

Everything was fabulous

The entire staff was amazing. We had an issue during check in (my fault) and Maria worked with us to help us find a solution. She was amazing - super kind and helpful and very understanding. She completely went above and beyond for us. We’ll absolutely stay at Surfside on our next trip to Orlando.
