Location is good. If service breakfast it would be perfect.

No drink water in the room.

I loved the location, it was super clean and the staff was lovely!

Didn’t like the echoing halls, no rugs or carpets anywhere made it quite noisy. No real food options, a few packets downstairs. There was coffee, but no tea.

Convenient, clean and comfortable.

A/C didn’t work in first room. We were moved into a nicer room though.

There was no breakfast or coffee in the room but there was coffee in the lobby and snacks for purchase.

The cleaning staff were friendly and very helpful. Check-in person was friendly. Our bedroom was spacious and clean. Having access to a water filter station and free coffee was helpful. The bed was comfortable. The shower water pressure was nice. Toilet flushed well. A/C worked well.

Bathroom was a bit tight, but manageable. The WiFi did not work on our phones and iPads after the first night. It worked on my laptop during the entire stay, but it did not work for any of our other devices (4 iPhones, and 2 iPads) after the first night. These devices stated that the modem/router needed to be restarted, so I called the front desk and asked the attendant to restart the modem/router. She said the WiFi was fine and told us she couldn't do anything about it. She suggested restarting all of our devices and log into the wifi again. We followed her suggestions, but that did not resolve our issue.

I did not like anything really, I suppose the bed was ok and the lady was nice at the checkin.

The entrance hall, corridors and room looks very sterile, cold and the opposite of comfort. The door to room does not seal well and lets in light and any noise from the corridor. The entire floor is laminate , you need to walk from shower through room to access the sink. Two cockroaches were crawling on the floor. I spoke to reception , couldn't help with a refund so I emailed the property did not get an answer.

I stayed there because I had a medical procedure at Duke university. Everyone was very kind and considerate
