No Plug for bathtub, no rust on shower curtain rod, bed was too high and slightly lumpy. Parking lot was trashed, needed more trash cans. Back/side door should have key card entry for reentry for smokers. Grass was tall growing through pavement.

I did not see an actual person working the entirety of my stay so that really doesn’t feel safe. The hallways smell strongly of cigarette smoke. There may be a $250 smoke fine, but it clearly isn’t enforced. Lastly, the cleanliness standards are subpar. I would not use a pillow and put a towel over the floor of the shower because there was a large dirt/dust stain and a reddish stain, respectively.

The bed was comfortable and the price and location compared to where I needed to be was good.

Looks can be deceiving. No phone, no alarm clock in the room. TV remote was sticky. Room was clean but had a smell to it. Walls are thin, could hear all the noise from the hallway. Door stuck, hard to open and close. Did not like the check-in process, I like dealing with people in front of me, not on a computer screen.

It looked fine. Bed was ok. Fridge worked.

Well the kiosk is impersonal, but effective I suppose. Not a fan. The floors throughout were dirty and in need of vacuuming. There was no remote in the room, but the issue was quickly resolved. The toilet was dirty, I had to use some tissue to clean it myself. There was hair (gross) all over the bathroom. In the shower, on the counter, in the sink, and on the floor. Very bare room.

The bed was comfortable. Although it seemed to be missing a top comforter.

I did not like the check-in procedure at all. The breakfast SUCKED!!! No fruit. Only two types of dry cereals. No yogurts or eggs. The waffle maker was very dirty. No juices.

The room was old, but clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Fine.

I did not like that there was no staff at the front desk and we had to communicate with them via zoom or something and while I’m trying to talk to the person on the screen the housekeeper is vacuuming right behind me so I can’t hear anything being said on the screen. I also don’t like that the towels were removed from the room without supplying more and when I asked for more at 4-5 o’clock in the afternoon we didn’t receive them until almost 10 o’clock at night.

There was no vending machine. The breakfast bar was lackluster. There was, however, peanut butter, yogurt, fresh fruit.

The staff was accommodating. The lobby was nicely updated.

The room was not the cleanest, and it smelled funny. The shower water did not get hot nor was the tub draining properly. It also was a bit of a language barrier between the front desk staff and myself, this made for a longer check in process and check out process. It was broken glass in the parking lot were windows had been broken thank GOD my car was safe. Also the phone did not work in the room when I needed to call to the front desk for more towels because the ones in the room was not the cleanest.

The price was really good.

Was disappointed the restaurant/bar at the facility was closed. I chose this location because it was attached and convenient. The ice machine was also broken. Breakfast was also disappointing.

They took 25 dollars from the deposit. Staff stated that it was a towel that had been destroyed. I never took a shower I use the towel in question to wipe up a coffee spill. I asked to see proof and the manager denied me of service. I would not stay there again because they made up a lie to get extra cash

The room has NO! dresser drawers to put clothes in; I've never seen that in Any hotel room I've ever stayed in; and, there was No"" Radio, and often times, was Nobody @ the Front Desk.
