Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesJust outside the main entrance was a bit messy and smelled like dog/cat pee. I guess it was residents dogs? Idk.
Clean. Good area, everything is close, i think its walkable to and from the university and hospital, but its a 17-20min walk. PARKING is the best thing i liked about the property!

United StatesAnything’s I did not like were too minor and picky to mention.
It was a sweet little apartment that we enjoyed. It was clean and had everything we needed for the 3 nights. I liked the facilities on the 3rd floor. A nice touch. Wish We stayed longer to peruse the books available in the lounge area. I recommend it!

United StatesThere were no sheets available for futon, and futon should not be considered as sofa bed. Floors were also a bit sticky.
It was close to downtown, friendly staff, and good security measures in the building.

United Statesit didn't depend on the object, since different people live everywhere. But we refused to turn on the light in the bathroom, because the exhaust fan worked right away and it smelled like weed
I like this location and convenience of accommodation there. Good space, It was easy to check in, support responded promptly in the chat. Even a sheet with recommendations for nearby useful areas: studies, food, cafes, etc. is a very useful thing. Availability of large parking lot!

United StatesLow quality furniture. Couch hard as a park bench. Since there are permanent residents we had to deal with things like Marijuana smell & loud music late at night
Great location close to downtown, Cincinnati Zoo, Newport aquarium, shopping, & restaurants. Less expensive than any hotel, with separate living room & full kitchen

United StatesNo complaints
We were coming in for a night to see a show at Bogarts. Just needed a comfy bed and place to get ready before the show. We chose this spot due to its proximity to the show and it was perfect. Bed was comfy. Place was clean. And easy parking.

CanadaThe sofa is uncomfortable to sit on. The stove and oven need a real cleaning. It was unusable, smoking up the space that I was worried about the smoke detector being set off. Not sure if the floors had been mopped recently or not. Limited kitchen things-dish towel, oven gloves, baking sheet to use in the oven- but then didn’t want to use the oven.
Close proximity to the university of Cincinnati.

United StatesAccess to the parking garage would be nice! As the parking lot only has about 10 spots and the apartment is busy! Also, in the actual property more useful materials, for example, paper towels, trash bags etc!
The location was perfect! No more than 15 from city attractions along with convenient stores!

United StatesParking was horrible. There was a very small parking lot. Approximately 8 spaces. There was an a garage for tenants that needed a key fob for access. The description stated there was street parking, yes it is but it is used for all the other businesses, parks and apartments on the street. I parked in the parking lot once during a 4 day stay and that due to my handicap sign. I spent 2 nights about half a football field away from the apartment building. There was nothing to be found 1 night returning at 2-230 am a businesses was gracious enough to allow me parking with the understanding to be out of lot by 7 am .
Location was great in proximity to my destination. Being at the traffic light crossroad is a quiet place. No unnecessary safety concerns. Just use everyday common sense.

United StatesThe lockbox with the keys was a little tricky to find - I had help from a staff member inside who worked in the leasing office. Also, I found multiple outlets as well as a lamp in the apartment that didn't seem to work.
The building was secure and the apartment was clean and well-furnished. I sent a message to change my check-in time to be slightly earlier and they were responsive. It was great for what I needed during my work trip.
