As usual I enjoyed my stay. I have stayed at Vacation Village almost every year during my visits to Florida since 2011. The property is clean. Staffing seems less now but we still got everything we needed.

A little tricky to find the building after checkin and the only map they had to give me was in Spanish. I had to go back to reception and get further directions.

Location was great. It was clean and felt very safe for a solo female traveler.

Maintenance problems. Handle on door loose. Air conditioning leak. Air conditioning running wild.

Loved the rooms. Loved the area. Unfortunately had to move because of air conditioning leak. The area moved to had dish washer leak and air conditioning could not be controlled. So always cold.

The pool at Flamingo 1 did not have a jacuzzi.

The furniture is rather worn. A few minor things were not in working order but the staff was very responsive and all were fixed promptly. 30 minute drive to the beach but in a very nice community.

Love that the accommodations are spacious, clean and well supplied and allow me to cook for my family. The nearby Bonaventure Park, which is in walking distance, was great for visiting grandchildren.

AC , location and clean

The AC don’t working full only a little bit I was ( crave and others building ) in Weston and bonaventure all working very good. But Sandpiper 1 ( Blatt blvd ) I don’t like location and the building isn’t very clean and the AC TERRIBLE

Not enough activities the property too spread out across several acres. You need a car to access the better amenities. The shutttle is too slow

Very private-feeling condo! Extremely spacious & full of accommodations. The only downside for me was that I was only there for 1 night! I checked in very late & had to leave the next day by noon to be on my way across the state. Otherwise I would have loved to enjoy the pool, which many people were, and I believe there was an art class of some sort that i was interested in taking. I will definitely keep it in mind the next time I am in that part of Florida!! Great value, too. Lots of wildlife as well ;)

This is not a new unit, and it shows. The lighting in the kitchen/living area was somewhat glaring and not well-suited to the food prep area. The bedroom light switches are very inconvenient relative to the bed. The sliding door between bathroom and main room does not glide well at all. The apartment bloc we were in had little connection to the resources (walking area, gym, pools, etc) of the complex. You had to drive your car to go for a walk in the park. The greenery and tranquility of the setting would encourage one to spend more time on site, except that everything (apart from parking the car) was utterly inconvenient and poorly marked. As an aside, drivers in this neighborhood are no more safety-conscious than on the main thoroughfares. Anyone not from FL who drives there should be aware!

This giant condo complex squeezed against Alligator Alley is a haven of green tranquility compared the the primary environs of this part of FL. The units could use some maintenance and updating, but they cover the bases for a short stay. That is, we were able to eat, sleep and bathe there--which is what we did.

Reception staff could have been a bit more welcoming, parking spaces at Flamingo 2 filled up quickly in the evening.

Great location, comfortable suite, easy check out. Staff at Flamingo 2 were cordial and pleasant. Good value!

Parking was difficult at our assigned building. Keys didn’t work and no response from front desk at 10pm to help us get in.
