Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesParking, breakfast, etc. for extra charge. For the daily price of the room, parking could be included and / or breakfast. Bathroom, shower, bath tub not clean. Water temperature display in the shower was wrong. The cold is hot and hot is cold. There is no fan in the bathroom. I pre ordered food items to be in the room before checking in, and it did not happen until after our arrival. White wine was room temperature and should have been chilled hours before our check-in time. Staff at check-in not very friendly, very short with me, and i felt rushed during the checking process. For Vail, it was a very disappointing experience.
Rooms are cozy. Nice building. Great valet guy, nicest person on staff.

United StatesWas told the property took dogs. I called, and messaged and they assured me they did and it was fine. I expected an extra charge but didn't realize how steep the charge was for only staying one night. Wish I would have been told the charge when we contacted the property as we may have not brought the dog.
Staff was first rate. Very warm and welcoming. I've stayed in Vail many times but never at this property and was very happy with everything. Especially liked the extra mile they went with texts and messages asking if we needed anything or any help with anything.
