This is aways our favorite place to enjoy a perfect “staycation” in the Village given its Alpen charm, friendly staff, thoughtful amenities and awesome location — Thanks Team Tivoli! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful room, great beds, and very central.

The location was perfect, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean.

No AC, it was so hot, no screens in the windows, dirty upholstery, dingy interior, bar wasn't open at all when we were there, rarely a front desk agent (when there were people there or around the property they were friendly though). The hot tub was weird & had zero privacy..

Location was excellent, bed was comfortable and clean, the room was clean, breakfast was delicious. The room we were in was big and spacious.

Our room had a fan or motor running constantly that we couldn’t control and sounded broken, along with a smell of natural gas. The AC did not seem to be working throughout the facility. We had the windows open throughout our stay and that helped. The cleaning products used had a very unpleasant smell.

This is a lovely lodge and with the off-season pricing it was a fabulous bargain. Great location in Vail Village and really quiet and comfortable rooms.

The hot tub - which is wonderful! - was a touch too hot for us.

The staff was so helpful and the location is top notch

The rooms were not as luxurious as I had hoped.. slightly outdated and a little smelly

Rooms are cozy. Nice building. Great valet guy, nicest person on staff.

Parking, breakfast, etc. for extra charge. For the daily price of the room, parking could be included and / or breakfast. Bathroom, shower, bath tub not clean. Water temperature display in the shower was wrong. The cold is hot and hot is cold. There is no fan in the bathroom. I pre ordered food items to be in the room before checking in, and it did not happen until after our arrival. White wine was room temperature and should have been chilled hours before our check-in time. Staff at check-in not very friendly, very short with me, and i felt rushed during the checking process. For Vail, it was a very disappointing experience.

Amazing location!!! One of the best, walkable to the downtown area. Very clean and cozy, room and bathroom were very spacious.

The air conditioning wasn’t working quite as well as we needed it to, but once we opened the window at night we were pretty comfortable.

This was the second time I’ve stayed here in Vail. It is just such a great hotel everyone who works here is so friendly and helpful! I will definitely come again.

Staff was first rate. Very warm and welcoming. I've stayed in Vail many times but never at this property and was very happy with everything. Especially liked the extra mile they went with texts and messages asking if we needed anything or any help with anything.

Was told the property took dogs. I called, and messaged and they assured me they did and it was fine. I expected an extra charge but didn't realize how steep the charge was for only staying one night. Wish I would have been told the charge when we contacted the property as we may have not brought the dog.

The location is very centralized and convenience for walking to restaurants, shops, hiking.

I like when breakfast is included in the price of the room; however, we found a great place for breakfast just a few minutes away.
