I loved how the pool with heated and it had a kitchen to save money and cook your own meals.

United StatesParking lot is a little walk uphill from the hotel entrance. There are luggage carts, but they weren't by the main entrance so we didn't seem them until we had dragged everything inside. One of the doors was unlocked when we arrived to our room.
Hotel was easy to locate. Room was much bigger than anticipated. It was great. The kitchen had all the kitchen gadgets/supplies one would need. Plenty of linens and extra blankets. Lots of windows/natural light. Big kitchen table. Window broke during stay, but staff was quick to clean it up, and then provided an air conditioning unit. Appreciate the luggage carts. Kids liked the pool.

United StatesI booked a week in advance and they gave me a small studio with no balcony, I couldn't breathe as there was no air conditioning. My friend booked a room 12 hours before check-in and she was given a large studio with a balcony. We were refused to change the studio, only for +25 they wanted to move us to a 1 room.

Good location, comfortable, clean. Everything needed for a longer stay provided- ample towels, kitchen wear and plenty of space.

CanadaThe only downside for us was that the double bed was on the small size, but it was comfortable, and there was also a sofa bed we could have used.
We had a bright, good size studio apartment. The room and facilities were well equipped and managed. Nice hot tub and pool. Shuttle to the ski lift was efficient, with a choice of Lionshead or Vail Village, leaving every 15 minutes or so at peak times. They have parking onsite. Note that parking in Vail village is free in the evenings, so we were able to go to several good restaurants.

Glad that it was much better this time. The condo was comfortable and convenient to Lionshead with the shuttle. Carol at reception was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

United StatesFire hazards in room, placement of heating vents right up against the couch and if anything was plugged into the outlet above the vent, the cord got VERY hot, sliding door with gap at the top that lets A LOT of cold air in, couple of floor tiles in the bathroom VERY loose and a potential safety hazard, email said parking outside of building on property would be $15 when I was checking in they quoted a $20 fee, this facility used to have a hot cocoa machine and coffee that was free in the main lobby and that is now not available you have to pay for Coffee pods which have a lot more plastic waste

ColombiaThe hotel decor and ambience are a little outdated but its understandable, just be aware that rooms and the hotel in general might have a dated look, but the facilities are great and work perfectly, even a fireplace inside the room!.
The location and staff were amazing. The hotel provides a private shuttle that could take you to the most important spots and you connect with the municipal transit system which is free!. The staff especially Juan, George and Terry were amazing and helpful during our stay!
