Would like for there to have been self-service ice available. I use quite a bit as I enjoy iced drinks and felt bad about constantly asking room service for a delivery.

All food service was excellent and as expected at a resort of the caliber. Staff was excellent, always accommodating.

Sometihing small we laughed about more than anything…..is the staff (including Mike the Manager) would enter the elevators before letting us out first. Perhaps it’s a mountain etiquette thing lol. Don’t let this sway your decision in any way in staying here….just something we laughed so hard at, after Manager even did it to us. :)

Absolutely clean, and “new/modern” feeling. The staff even pulled off rose petals on the bed for the wife’s birthday trip, before we arrived as a request! The chef came to personally check on his dishes…if you stay at or near Helen GA, you’d be silly to choose anywhere else (assuming you have standards lol). PERFECT!

Only thing I did not like was the age limit for the hotel access/ hotel amenities (no one under 14 yrs old). But I was thankful to have the bungalow option, so at the end of the day we were still pleased with our stay!!

Location was amazing with great views and beautiful sunrises. Staff was very friendly and helpful daily. My family stayed in a private bungalow, and it was Amazing and quite relaxing. Perfect amount of space, room service was phenomenal and again, the staff was awesome!! And the Spa services were exceptional. Highly recommend the hot stone massage!!!

We did have an issue with the in room fireplace as it was difficult to light.

Exceptional Staff who go behind and above for their guests. Outstanding quality of facilities and exceptional quality of food cooked to perfection. Overall we were very pleased with our stay although the Valhalla is a bit pricy.

The price (double billed, which I’m sure will be fixed) for food and services didn’t match in quality. Shower was not clean on arrival.

The bungalow was in serious need of some deep cleaning. The carpet was stained and felt grimy.

The staff, from manager Tammy, Director Irene from Spa, and Kaitlin did the facial were outstanding. They are the reason we will be back. The valet was most helpful and timely. The whole place was great, food was outstanding, the golf shop, ran by Coach made us feel at home. We are Veterans and shared that with them, they showed us their appreciation by the way they served us. I highly recommend. The Valhalla Resort. Thank you.

The staff was very welcoming, and very nice. Once they found out I was expecting they found an alcohol free champagne for me (as they hand it to you when you come in.) They were all very friendly and outgoing!

Nothing, there was not one thing to dislike at the Valhalla!

We loved everything! There was nothing not to like. We did the chef's table for dinner and it was extraordinary. All the staff was so accomodating and welcoming from the check in to the valet parking. The room was so remarkable. Balcony with a view, comfortable bed and pillows, fireplace, and the gigantic bathroom. It was truely Heaven on earth even if for a short period of time. It made our Christmas getaway spectacular.

See above..I thought the price was high considering off season..its a golf hotel in the mtns of georgia..

Food was good, view of pking not so good, but other room offered was worse. The mechanical room was next to us and you could here it all night..yes light sleeper non drinker. Rainey weekend so activity was ltd, thus couch was not very comfy, but we wouldn't of been in room so much if weather was better...
