I didn't like that the remote control wouldn't work for the TV and trying to go through the TV settings was hard because everything was in Arabic language. I just gave up and we went without watching any TV during the stay.

How spacious the room was and that it had a mini fridge.

at our check-in, the front desk guy asked a deposit in cash. He gave back to us, but it was weird. the place is not so clean, fair enough to stay for 6 hours, though

The fact that u have people on drugs running up and down the hallways , people doing drugs in the parking lot. Couldn't sleep the room smelled so bad. No blankets no towels or soap. Place was beyond disgusting. People and their dogs were so beyond loud. I didn't sleep what so ever

Terrible. Dirty. Disgusting. I’ve been in so many places, stayed in over a hundred hostels but that one was the worst. The sheet was so dirty that we slept covering ourselves with the towels. And that was a joke. I paid for three people bedroom and they gave us one bed. True, it was correct with booking but come on, I said three people I didn’t think someone would sell ONE BED for three people

It was the most unsafe motel ihave ever visited. This should not be on booking.com This is long stay accommodation for low income people. The pool was full of rubble. Homeless people inside and outside the carpark area. We stayed for around 3 hours but not overnight. In the car park our cae was blocked in by another guest which was very odd. We left quickly and did not return.

The staff is very accommodating and courteous. They go above and beyond to help their customers. The only complaint I would have was the property needs security and it could use a remodel the furniture is very old and the rooms have a bad sewer smell.

We made the reservation and then when we got there, there where no rooms availables, and on the booking says that we could entry at 7 am and in the hotel staff told the check in was 3 pm it wasnt clean and we couldnt use the lobby bathrom

I had to go to 3 different hotels to find a vacancy at 6pm on the night of my visit. After I’d already paid for THIS particular stay.

The property texted me BEFORE I arrived to tell me I couldn’t stay on the property due to plumbing issues

First, our room was filthy. The floor was full of dirt and food crumbs, and no one had vacuumed or swept the floor. We found a ladies' black G-String, a T-shirt, and a sock laying on the floor. We pushed all this horribleness into a corner. We walked barefoot in the room, and the bottom of our feet became black. Just Disgusting. We went outside to the balcony to smoke, a young lady hooker in a tight red, slinky dress from 2 rooms away, walked up to us and asked for drugs. She was speculating and sizing us up for more action. There were NO towels, no wash rags, no hand towels, no bath mat, no kleenex, no napkins. There is no pool. The pool has been out of order for many years. The pool is fillied with tiles, mortar, garbage, pallets, junk furniture, cinder blocks.The garbage in the bottom filled 1/4 of the bottom of the decrepid pool. The entire property has homeless people living in cars and trucks. Many of the rooms are occupied by permanent, low income residents.

The only good aspect was the exceptional friendliness and helpfulness of the front desk staff. The rest was a disaster.
