Padding on bed was noisy because of the protective layer of the mattress. As if the packing wasn't removed. Circuit wasn't all turned on. I had to turn on from breaker to have lighting in certain areas of the room. Tub needed to be resurfaced. My room wasn't fully renovated, oh well... Expectation was ok...

The fact that it's not mentioned that you have to pay 39 dollars for pots. Iron does not work. Smell like weed at front desk at night. And so much more

Had to pay for Wi-Fi, only one device was allowed to use WiFi so my family couldn’t play their game. And it said free wifi, but to be able to use their game they would have to pay for it.

Bed was not comfortable. The pillows was very small,. Not enough lighting in the room. The light over the bed did not work. No lamps in room.
Location was convenient to the interstate and several food options. Check in and check out was fast and easy. Staff was very friendly even when I lost my room key.

The room was super humid, the bathroom door wouldn't close, and the mattress was okay enough, but the springs were digging into my back after a few hours.
The room was super clean, the fridge was nice, and the shower had good water pressure.

It was noisy, lot of loud people, furniture moving all the time above me, the smell of weed was way high, then the price I was told by booking didn't match the price at the hotel. So they need to get on the same page for that.
It was a decent place to stay. The kitchenette was decent, and the room was too small. I was expecting a double bed and room was just one bed.

When we arrived no room was ready or cleaned! We had to wait an hour for them to clean a room and check us in. The room was still nasty even after. You have to pay to use the wifi. And only one device is free. The stove didn't work inside the room. We asked for a TV remote several times so we ended up using our fire stick instead. Poor service. Flirtatious worker. They are always on there phones! They help very slow!

Their checkin procedure took forever. The room I had no tv remote. And it had a little smell to it. But overall it was relaxing and the beds were comfortable

The stove is a bit finicky, but for a week stay it wasn't any big issue. We had to tell the front desk person multiple times that there was pee in one of the stairwells, and by the time they got to it, the whole stairwell smelled terrible. We just avoided it after that. Not their fault there was pee, but it was their responsibility to clean it. Everything else was great.
I liked the kitchenette, as it made it so we could eat at-home cooking easily. The hot water and shower / bath was fantastic. The room itself was nice and clean. The laundry room was modernized and very good price.

The roaches and wasn't anyway to enter the hotel had to catch someone coming out of the elevator. The key wasn't working and I tried to call the front desk from the phone on the wall and got no answer. When I reached my room the door was open.

I love to do so I have nothing that I didn't like is very nice very quiet very peaceful place
The hotel is very clean they hospitality is beautiful they respectable it's comfortable it's quiet the rooms are very clean I like the kitchenette area where has a real stove a real refrigerator in the sink with running water you buy your own pots and dishes if you need they got everything you need there a price is just a little too high

The bed was hard. Not firm but hard.
