United StatesWe reserved 2 rooms, when we arrived, we found out 1 of our rooms had been canceled so we had to fit 6 people and a dog in a room with 2 full size beds. We bought 2 air mattresses and made due. Went down all day our 2nd day asking for towels and didnt get them until our check out date.
The staff was super friendly.

United StatesThe hotel itself is old and very bare bones. The cleanliness could definitely be much better. Lots of old stains on the walls and floor that could have been cleaned off with a little bit of elbow grease. Likewise the tub was dirty and I didn't use the shower without cleaning it first. And I still used shower shoes. Sheets were stained but smelled clean. I still slept on top of the covers. No evidence of bedbugs. But for the money it was ok. Not great but ok. Lots of late night activity. This motel is a bit sketchy but in general I felt safe and I had a car loaded down with all my stuff and it was safe overnight. And I did see a cruiser in the parking lot when I walked my dog so that was nice.
The desk staff the first night was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. My dog was able to stay for free which is great because my funds were limited. The ac in the room worked so well I was cold. Close to the town center. And lots of food options.

United StatesFront desk woman shouldn’t be in customer service, never seemed happy and always had an attitude. Fire alarm was thrown into a cubby, toilet wasn’t sealed down, mold, we didn’t even get a comforter; only a sheet to sleep with. Also, from the first floors there’s spots on the sidewalk I guess water dropping (it’s slimy) from the second floor and it’s a hazard. I almost slipped on the cement. Also, I don’t know why there was tape on the wall, latch was broken on our door.
Manger was nice. I loved that it’s pet friendly and it seems like a good location we didn’t have to drive far to the places we wanted to go too.

United StatesThere was a leftover wash rag left hanging in our shower? Your guess if the shower was ever cleaned is as good as my guess?? Telephone was crusty filthy. My husband had brand new socks on and one trip across the floor and they were disgusting. We were out of water for 4 hours the first night. This motel had quite a few extended stay families - many with multiple cats and dogs. It’s my understanding that this location is under new management. The manager was there and always on the go checking on repairs and upkeep.
Good, conveniently located right off the interstate. Accompanied by a lot of restaurant choices.

The shower did not provide adequate water pressure, so showering was a challenge. For the price, I feel that it should have been less for what amenities were offered.
Location was within reasonable distance of attractions. The beds were comfortable.

She didn't greet me at all, just focus on camera and phone until I initiated greeting and still she wasn't very nice, just took my money and gave me keys that's it. Didn't say enjoy your stay call if you need anything or nothing. Had no idea what type of services were available i.e. ice machine ect.

United StatesMany of the hallway key card readers didn’t work, so getting to my room on the 3rd floor was only possible by elevator and I had to walk a ridiculous maze around the building. Whatever they use to clean the floors left it feeling sticky/icky, I kept shoes/socks on the whole time. Walls are not soundproof at all.
