There was a pool at the resort but we never did find it. The arcade at the resort was nice but in terrible shape. There was a big cob web above the tub in the shower. There was a lamp in the living room that when we went to plug it in it shot sparks out of it.

The location was close to town and very spacious. There was enough room to spread out yet you could get together and enjoy everyone's comfort. There was enough parking for three cars but anymore would have been a challenge. There where lots of amenities in the cabin. These would be great for rainy days.

Air Conditioning was not working on the day of arrival, and the cabin was 80 degrees. Maintenance came the following day to fix so our first night was a little rough.

The only issue we noticed was with the top three stairs, which made a very loud creaking sound. It was enough to wake up anyone in the downstairs bedroom whenever someone went up or down—especially since the billiard and game area are upstairs. A simple repair would make the experience even better.

The location and cleanliness, along with the many available amenities, made this cabin an ideal choice for our family getaway. As a large family with children ranging from 6 months to 20 years old, it was wonderful to have something for everyone—the relaxing hot tub with its charming fountain, the cozy fireplace, and spaces where we could all spend time together. The stunning mountain views were truly unforgettable. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like having soap and a sponge ready for use. Every detail made our stay comfortable, relaxing, and memorable.

It was a little warm due to outside ambient temperature, but fans were provided. It would have been nice to know some local suggestions for dinner but didn’t affect the stay.

The house was not very clean. Our socks and feet were filthy from walking around just the first hour we were there. Dust on the footboard throughout the house was thick.

The fridge wasn’t cold when we arrived and the jets in the jacuzzi tub would not work.

It was dirty found a dirty pan on the deck in the grill hot tub cover looked like it hasn’t been cleaned for years and the deck railing is coming loose one bed had a bottle cap in it the tv wouldn’t turn on in the main floor the lower floor the cable box wouldn’t work kept saying updating and we didn’t try the rest of the tv’s and the toilet paper is rougher then regular notebook papar lol they said they were going to send someone to take care of the stuff they called a day later to come I called them back and they didn’t answer I wouldn’t pay to rent this place again
