The garbage truck coming past noisily at 5am, not your fault of course. Everything else was pretty good

There was no bar in the hotel but that was a small sacrifice because everything else was excellent No kettle in the room but 24hr facilities in the lounge to make tea and coffee

There was nothing I didn't like!

The hotel was centrally located and breakfast is included in the price. It was a 5-10 minute walk to the middle of Waikiki. Restaurants, shopping, and a market were near by. If you don't have a rental car, there is also a bus stop next to the hotel and it made it easy to get around. The front desk staff was so helpful - thank you to Roger and Cory for all your help!

Breakfast could have been more diverse in food selection and have a better flow with more seating. Bathroom could use fan for humidity and smells.

The room was somewhat small. The AC is weird and makes noise. I could not open the window of the room.

Very nice hotel in a great location. Walking distance to the waikiki beach. The lobby is very comfy. The breakfast is great. Free basic drinks all day long. The reception personnel are very nice.

It's a nice affordable hotel in the heart of Waikiki. Just one block from the beach. The breakfast is great, and the hotel provides free loaner beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas.

The only thing was the parking structure area but that didn't bother us at all, I give the parking attendants a lot of credit doing what they do. They were very helpful and friendly.

I loved the staff and how professional they were. The breakfast was excellent and really liked the location as it was close to everything in waikiki.

I found a very small ants in the room. I told the staff about it. They sent cleaning lady there to kill the ants. But 2 days later, they appear again.

Good location. Close to the beach and food and surfing school. Water , coffee, tea and ice in the lobby, also microwave and oven. You can get these things any time.

There were very tiny bugs on the tables that crawled on our stuff; they looked like booklice. We didn’t mind because they’re harmless, but it was just a bit annoying.

Amazing location, friendly staff, and great value. The continental breakfast was nice and they continuously restocked it. I really liked how we could borrow beach items like towels, chairs, bodyboards; it made our beach experience more relaxing.

Amazing service!! Really took care of us as soon as we walked in. The location is excellent, roght in the heart of Waikiki and we loved pur ocean view room. They have beach amenities like chairs, umbrellas and towels that you can use for free. Simple breakfast but can't complain about free!

The air conditioning is noisy and the rooms are quite small.

The hotel is located a block from the beach. The staff are friendly and helpful. They provide beach towels, chairs and umbrellas for your convenience. Breakfast was fine; definitely above the average of many hotel breakfasts in the U.S.

My first room 1509 is in serious need of repair, also that concrete floor leading to the room looks absolutely awful. Breakfast could have been better, very limited choice, no room to sit, very dirty fabric on the chairs in the dining area

We have no complaints.

We have been to Waikiki 9 times. This was the first time we had a full ocean view. Without requesting it, we had a room with a full ocean view. We will definitely come back. The breakfasts also were a good surprise. We felt they were pretty much what we would have made for ourselves, and that is a compliment.
