Everything was great with the accommodation but prehaps a mini hob would be useful so we could cook simple meals. Though this wasn't the accommodation's fault the guests upstaris were very noisy throughout the night perhaps a sign reminding guests to be considerate of others and having a quiet time after 10pm.

The room was uniquly decorated and the grounds was beautiful. The bed was massive and really comfrotable. Had a wonderful stay and was lucky enough to be staying when the volcano erupted so we were able to quickly drive into the national park within 10 minutes.

A water filter at the reception would have been handy. Staff are not very quick to respond to queries but they do say that they are a small operation.

I was concerned about the large step to get down to the bathroom. I left the light on so that I didn't trip getting up at night.

The chalet was very unique. The grounds, plants and flowers were beautiful. The room was very spacious. I loved the table and the fact that the room had a microwave and dishes available for use. We picked up take out one night and were able to heat it up. The bathroom was huge and well appointed. I have never seen a shower that big!

Although claiming to hang a kitchenette there was no toaster and we could not get it even after having asked. Few possibilities to hanging clothes.

Pond pumps were a bit loud.

Loved garden view and stone work. The kitchen had everything you needed. There were ceiling fans and a dehumidifier so temperature was good.

The parking was very difficult in the small lot. We were lucky enough to get a room with its own space, but you have to be careful you don’t hit someone while exiting the lot.

The location, value, and space were all great. The bed was very comfortable, and the suite was very spacious. The property is set up like a Zen garden and is very peaceful. Check in and out was super easy

This is my second stay here, and the staff was extremely helpful and responsive~ I booked the same upgraded room which has AMAZING PATINA-LIKE COUNTERTOPS, FLOORING and A BEAUTIFUL SHOWER with double shower heads. We had a wonderful stay and LOVE this PROPERTY!! We hope to stay again soon~ Huge Mahalos!!
