There was only 2 washcloths for us all to use. Fortunately we had some that we brought. The master shower needed repair, very little water comes through. Both of the frying pans needed replaced. They are warped.

Great location. Very good neighborhood. Very spacious. Very comfortable. Staff was very quick to fix a bad GFCI in the bathroom.

The worst part probably was that the parking spot provided was right under the hot sun. They never gave access to the garage. For a place like Hawaii, it'd probably make it more appealant to know your car will be shaded , so when you leave, you wouldnt be misserable getting into a burning hot car. Also, I just wished they would list specifically what they include as far as water equipment, so I would have not bought them ahead of time. The TV remote controls in the master bedroom were hard to understand and difficult for streaming services play in that TV. There was no breakfast included, which could had been included to make everyone's life easier, but probably hard to organize. Everything else was great, nothing really big that I didn't like.

The town home was clean, organized and really nice. I liked that they had water equipment, beach umbrellas and chairs. We didnt get to use the gym. Only went to the pool once. Liked the sense of security by been inside a beautiful gated community. Even though neither my girls or I play tennis. It was great that this unit was right in front of the tennins court and very close to the pool area.

Cooking pans were scraped and made with teflon. I used them out of necessity but would have liked cookware that didn’t have PFOA/PFAS.

Happy to see activity closet that help us enjoy the beach further + mini Hawaiian made snack to welcome us We want to inform that Living room picture does not match with the actual furniture that we see upon arrival Vacasa told us no tennis racket provided but that is incorrect and cause us to bring racket and balls from home for nothing. Need to inform renter with accurate info so we don’t bring unnecessary stuff Vacasa told us we are only given bar soap per bathroom; causing us to bring bath gel, shampoo and conditioner from home. It turn out it is not needed with each bathroom we find racket and pickle ball set

The carpets throughout the unit were very worn, dirty and stained. The ceramic floors were also dirty causing our white socks and bare feet to turn black.

This property had amazing views! The unit was very well stocked with kitchenware, beach items, and other household items.

Not a lot of food options in the area. Groceries at nearby store very expensive. Shop in Kona before driving out there. Twin beds were very uncomfortable for adults.

Nothing to complain about really. The only advice I would give to people is that if you are staying longer than 5 days and you want to optimize your time it is probably best to rent a car because there are many other things to see on this island (I'm not a good tourist really, too lazy). Oh! The other thing is that there is no proper pharmacy in the resort area. Bring all the stuff you need, or be prepared to drive to a pharmacy. Again, many people might prefer to rent a car.

This is a beautiful property with everything we could want. Having good kitchen was a definite plus as it meant we did not need to spend so much on restaurant dinners and we could eat healthier food (although we enjoyed the restaurants as well). The whole place was perfectly clean and so spacious compared to a hotel room. We walked to the shopping centre on the trail over the lava which was interesting (best to wear covered shoes not flip-flops) and a very quick way to get to the shops/beach. I was attending a conference at the Hilton which was a 20 min walk away; Both my partner and I decided to rent push-bikes for the whole time we were there. This was great as the shops, beach and several pubs/restaurants are within easy riding distance. Tbh we didn't venture out of the Waikoloa area while we were on the Big Island; we have been working hard all summer and by the time we got to Hawaii (from Iceland) we just wanted to do almost nothing and this house was awesome for just relaxing.

Only thing I didn't like was the main TV remote for the living room. The "select" button seems to be worn out. So you really need to jam your finger in there to get it to work.

I loved the gated community and codes for everything.

Front bedroom got a little warm, air barely felt through air conditioner. Remainder of house was perfect. Blinds on sliding doors could be replaced, they are in rough shape.

The home was amazing. Kitchen well stocked, lots of beach gear.

I wish they supplied more coffee for the stay. Local store is incredibly expensive. Was hoping they also left extra shampoo and conditioner for the length of stay we were there. The property did well at communicating that there was going to be some irrigation around the property. Unfortunately, we were one that was affected and had workers outside our backyard pretty much every day we were there. But they were polite and fairly quiet. The one thing that I was really Bothered with is that at least half my stay the pool was under maintenance of some sort and my family didn’t get to enjoy as much as we had wanted to. I was not notified and was unaware until my family walked over there and saw it was closed. It was at least three days.

The home itself was clean and beautiful. It was stocked pretty much for everything we needed. The decor had a great vibe, it was open and airy. I also had the opportunity to enjoy the cardio room and weight room. Both stocked with good equipment that was easy to get daily work in.

Kitchen facilities were not so well equipped. We missed an electric kettle, better knifes and pans. The laundry machine was not drum style but the older type top loader which is less effective and not that gentle to the laundry.

Stylish interior, very clean, excellent WiFi, SmartTV and air condition. No physical key was needed, we just entered a code instead. We had excellent towels. Location is good.
