Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There was nothing that we didn’t like. I was looking for some Ziploc bags because we had some leftovers from the bakery in town to take home, but there was saran wrap available. We were there to celebrate a birthday, and I had to go and buy a lighter for the candles but since this is a no smoking residence, it makes sense that there was not a lighter in the home.
I loved the location! We had Alpine Adventure Coaster ride tickets so that was very convenient. My daughter found games in the closet which was awesome! We got to spend some time on the cute little patio. It was warmer than anticipated so it would’ve been nice to have the air-conditioning open for the season but the ceiling fans in the house were perfect! We had everything we needed!

Very warm and friendly condo. Perfect for two couples or family. Kitchen has everything you need. We appreciated the extra towels, blankets and pillows. Very nice recommendations of local places to eat and visit. Entry and exit information was well listed. Walking distance to town shops and restaurants was within reason. Would definitely stay here again.

Being a bottom floor condo we occasionally heard noises from the place above us but only during the day .
Location was about 1 mile from downtown. The times we didn't walk into town, being the off season parking was readily available with free or reasonably priced options. The property was located in a very quiet neighborhood. The heaters worked exceptionally well. The entrance to the condo facility was almost directly across from the alpine coaster facility

Nothing would or could have made our stay better. There is nothing that we didn't like. This condo is perfection!!
Beautiful condo with seasonal décor. The location was great. Thoughtfully appointed with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Very, very clean and updated. Enjoyed the outdoor patio for lunch. Appreciated the communication from Kirstiina, property manager, with directions to the unit, where to park and how to access the unit. Very clear ands well written. Exceeded all expectations!! Can't wait to visit again.

The house was clean but very old. The dock needs improvement. The turn into the driveway is a little hard to find.
having use of the beach was nice. We had a boat and Jet Ski and we could dock them there. Plenty of towels

We went to Kristall's for breakfast and got slow service and so-so food. My daughter found the primary bed too soft at first, but adjusted. Found it odd there no facial tissues.
Loved walking to town. Appreciated things like aluminum foil, sandwich bags, toaster, shampoo/conditioner, The condo is spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed sitting on the patio in the shade at the end of a hot day.

The directions were clear as which building was the unit but there is not a marker till you get out of the car to see it.
It was all on the ground floor and easy to find. We even found parking right in front of the unit. The covered car port spot was nice to use in the cold weather.

we paid and extra fee for cleaning and have to put towels into the laundry was like been in home, some rules in their booklet didn’t made sense.
we have our two lovely pets family member with us, that was amazing. we are coffee lovers and have it available was the extra mile. The locations is 5 minutes walk to Leavenworth downtown, so this was really nice.

on booking.con it doesn’t mention that each pet is $50 (unless i missed it) we didn’t end up bringing our dogs but if we had this would have been a surprise.
it smelled very clean when we walked in which was nice, lots of small thoughtful details that made the stay exceptional.
