Could have been cleaner, shower curtain liners in 2 of the bathroons havent been changed because they had mold on them. probably need pest control regularly, we had a mouse in our bedroom

*Minor* Trash in yard needs to be cleaned up before next guest arrive. (Trash could have been from high winds) Hot tub cover is falling apart and needs to be replaced. Some of the indoor/outdoor lightbulbs need to be replaced. #2 ball on pool table was missing.

I would highly recommend to anyone!! The cabin is located close to the top of mountain. Beautiful view! Quiet location with a hot tub and games to play. (pool table) Very relaxing!!

The worst thing (and it's really not that bad) is the road going to the cabin. It has a few steep switchbacks. Makes for an interesting drive up and back.

The cabin is very comfortable and clean. The view of the woods and mountains is great! All of the amenities (hot tub, pool table, arcade game) were thoroughly enjoyed. We saw a mamma bear with 4 cubs. One of the cubs came right up on the front porch and stood up against the front window looking in.

Could be a bit tricky to get to the cabin with a modest car on a rainy day, like it happened to us, since it's very uphill and curvy. Not recommended to hike around due to the bears but you can always use the car or just stay indoors.

The cabin has all a big family needs regarding appliances and furniture. It's a short ride up the mountain from Gatlinburg downtown. It's surrounded by a nice forest and you might get to see bears, like we did. The hot tub is an excellent addition. The basement has a nice play area.

Located at the very top of the mountain, it’s very quite and beautiful. Perfect for a family or small group of friends. Amenities were great and everything was awesome.

The only thing I didn’t like was the skinny road up to the cabin. It was definitely doable but it was a little scary going up and coming down. Once we were there I was thrilled and I got used to the road!

The host was wonderful and responsive. The house was so cozy and we got to see bears!

The windy steep roads were not for the faint of heart but we had a very competent driver so all good.

There was nothing that we didn’t like!!😊😊, but we could not access the Spectrum app as it was indicated in the directions in the bedrooms to be able to watch television because the app was not on the Home Screen.

The cabin was very clean and welcoming.

We liked everything about the property!

Everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The views from the cabin were breathtaking! The kids were thrilled with getting to see the black bears so close by.
