Private parking. attached to a huge indoor sports facility so there are tons of amenities. Rooms are quite spacious compared to most traditional hotels.

Cannot speak for every room but the wallpaper in the room I was staying in was peeling heavily at literally every seam. Gives a run down feel to what I think is probably a newer hotel. Also our room was facing the inside of the building and on the other side of the wall was a large brightly lit area that was a bit distracting especially as we were trying to get to sleep.

Clerk when we checked on veey late was helpful and kind.

    1. Wallpaper peeling in the bathroom. When I commented as we checked out, I was told its in the process of being renovated by one guy. That's not good. 2. Pillow cases were rough and pilled 3. Beds were a step up from sleeping on the ground. Way too firm. 4. Location is awful.

The ease for check in. Parking close to door. Friendly check in. Easy check out. The room was comfortable for my 3 teens & I. Overall vibe was serene.

No coffee in the room. There was no complimentary breakfast so I brought breakfast items for my family (growing teens that eat allot).

The hostess at the restaurant was completely out of it and didn't even remember us when we came back in 20 minutes to get our food.

The front entrance and lobby was really nicely decorated

The room had a smell to it and there were questionable stains on the wall. The front desk gave me a hard time about my boyfriend who’s 23 because he looked young and she assumed he was a child

Everything. The hotel caters to sports tournaments. There where young people and their parents coming in from different places. Everyone was friendly and well behaved. If you are looking for a romantic weekend this is not the best place to go. But if you are looking for a 1st rate hotel at a great rate to tour Lancaster and go to Hershey Park this place is is ideal. Super clean with nice affordable restaurant. The front desk (Annie)was awesome and the staff at the Fork and Pallette bar (Steven and Halley) helped us celebrate my daughter's 50th birthday with some great drinks and food

    Nothing

    Property response:

The staff were great. Everything was nice

The hotel sign needs lit up, and it was very dark driving back to the hotel. The parking lot needs more lights.

It appeared to be quite nice outside

Desperate need of attention, lots of wear-and-tear in room that was quite noticeable. Primarily peeling wallpaper! Obviously not shown in pictures. When discussed w counter agent, instead of offering a reduced stay for the inconvenience—- just merely told us that the hotel would be undergoing renovations. Nothing more. This is quite upsetting. Especially when you spend your money to go away and enjoy a leisurely evening out of town, and you’re in a room that’s falling apart. NOT a relaxing couples weekend at all.
