The cleaning was not very well smelled bad thru out the buildings and also towels had stains same blankets even though they were supposedly washed the room keys hardly worked to go in the buildings or rooms

Homeless people living there. They do drug rehab there. So you have to walk outside the building to get to the office. No refrigerator or microwave. Homeless sleeping in the stairs well.

Was hard to find my room as they have like three buildings and even though they show you a map briefly and you think you got it, I didn’t. There was no lock on the door to the hallway to our room but there was in the first building we tried. Room was huge with high ceilings which was nice. Smooshed a bug almost instantly when I sat down. Mattresses weren’t very comfortable. Refrigerator was unplugged and Microwave was rusted out. Bathroom was “clean” but the bottom trim was falling off. No travel soaps or shampoos in room. Room was way overpriced in my opinion. Would not stay again.

The outside of the property looked clean and the lobby was nice. The staff who checked me in was very friendly and tried to be helpful.

My key didn't work and when I asked to be let in, one of the staff members gave me an attitude, the tv remote didn't work and the phone looked like it was burned and ruined so I was afraid to touch it

The rOom was not clean. The walls were dirty. The key card worked to get us in one time and we had to get it replaced every time we t rice to re-enter the room. There was mouse poop in the drawers, cockroaches in the shower and the sink didn't drain. The grounds were full of litter. The motel was overpriced.

You should be ashamed to have this proportion your site. IT IS RAT INFESTED. I HAD TO CHANGE ROOMS 3 times. THE PLACE HAD POLICE 4 to 5 times a day I saw 2 people arrested for prostitution and drugs. I was pulled over exiting the property because my rental car has out of state plates. I asked the cop why I was pulled over they said due to the traffic at the site. The room didn’t have a fridge and a trash can, and there were blood stains on the sheets. The pillowcases clearly hadn’t been changed. The soundproofing was awful—I couldn’t sleep at all because the couple next door were going at it and screaming all night.
