The room with the bunk beds was a little warm to sleep in. They could not use the ceiling fan because it was too close to the top bunk.

The neighborhood was quiet. My husband and son loved fishing in the canal behind the house. The house was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool.

The pool heater wasn't working, although this didn't impact our stay.

The location was perfect for visiting family nearby, with easy access to route 41 and all of the shopping and activities of Ft. Myers/Bonita/Naples. The neighborhood was great for daily walks/runs. The layout with the bedrooms on separate sides of the house provided privacy for everyone. The open living space provided plenty of room both indoors and out.

The swimming pool pump was not running and that made the pool cloudy and uninviting. There was somebody there to fix it three out of the 5 days that we stayed at the house. But the pump was still not working when we departed . On the first day there the person working on the pool pump turned off our electricity for about an hour. On the other days that they came to work on the pump they wanted to turn off the electricity and we asked them to not do that until we left the premises. I also feel that communication could have been better about when the repairman would be at the rental. They would just show up. The property manager Rumi was very helpful and quick to respond. When we reached out. They did give us a 10% refund for not having use of the pool.

This is a beautiful home and was in the perfect location for a wedding that we attended. We especially loved the fishing dock. We appreciated the complimentary K-Cups for the coffee maker and all of the fun activities included with the home. Also the property manager Rumi was very helpful whenever we asked questions or needed help!

The home was exceptional , very clean, and well decorated . There were many amenities available for the whole family. The location was very convenient to many stores and restaurants. The property management had great communication, responding quickly to messages and being very polite with our family . Overall, it was a great experience .

We had a wonderful stay at this house! It was fully stocked with all the necessary supplies for cooking and toiletries, making it incredibly convenient. The cleanliness of the house was impeccable, and it’s perfect for families. The pool is large and the waterfront view is simply beautiful. We will definitely be back!
