I didn’t like that the resort was under construction lots of patch ups on walkways did not like that. There was no cover to the balcony window. Also it said that it had cable TV but cable was not working other than that. Everything else was great.

I liked that it had a balcony also the swimming pool and that the beach was right there behind the resort the condo was good besides the cover to the balcony window. Everything else was great.

For the price that we payed for 4 nights & trying to celebrate our 10 year Anniversary right, it could have been fixed up a bit better. Ceiling panels are falling off, couch is all torn & looks uncomfortable to sit on, our shower head wasn't connected the first night & we got woken up the next day at 8am to a knock on the door for maintenance to fix it (with no heads up mind you), & lastly the walls are scuffed up bad due to other renters sliding the chairs against it. The kitchen area was okay for the size, but definitely in need of more cookware. A simple few pans for the oven would have been nice, or a cutting board, sharper knives, safe oven mits or even clean dishes. When we first arrived, we wanted to eat & we noticed all the dishes were disgusting & had to rewash all of them before using. I burned my hand the second night trying to use the oven mit, not safe at all, wayy to thin. We had to buy Salt, paper towels, toilet paper & trash bags all the second day because we ran out. It would have been appreciated if the place was properly stocked.

We enjoyed the beach access area. Parking was no problem. The view from the balcony is great. Fridge/Freezer is a decent size & coffee machine worked. Also having smart TV's/Roku was nice. We made best of what we had for our 4 night stay & enjoyed the solitude & privacy we had in our room. 10 year Anniversary is really big to us, so us spending quality time inside & on the beach is what mattered.

The ceiling leaked a bit, and it would have been great to have a few more pots & pans (a cookie sheet, for example).

I was not happy about the elevator not working since I had trouble with the steps. Also, the fire alarm in the building was out of order. The balcony door was open when I got there, leaving mosquitoes in the room. The balcony door, the shower door, kitchen faucet, and dryer need to be fixed. The sofa is in bad shape. The beach was very dirty, but I understand because of the storms.

The staff went out of their way to help me to my condo because the elevator was not working. The internet and TV service were very good. The bed was comfortable. It was very quiet.

The kitchen faucet was broken when we arrived, and a drip was all we got. Messaged the owner, and they wanted me to take it apart!! We had to wash every dish we used in the bathroom sink. It was a huge hassle. It was dirty. In the kitchen, there were grease drips all over the cabinet where the microwave sits. Food all down the side of the oven, in the space where it met the cabinet. There was already sand and dirt on the floors when we arrived, and, baseboards were filthy. It looked as though it hadn't been cleaned decently in a while. I told him all this, and he offered me a $50, that's less than 10%, refund. As of yet, no money has been returned. I think at least $100 should be refunded. The worst part were the "beds"; the futon was ancient, all ripped up and horribly uncomfortable, as were both the bunk beds that had one inch thick mats on plywood. It is way too small for 4 ppl, though it states four can stay. The way they took pics made the place look way bigger than it was. It's tiny. The whole complex is run down, the concrete porches are collapsing, the elevator is scary, extremely slow, and about 105 degrees. We would have accepted all of it if the beds hadn't been so uncomfortable. After the first night we had to bring in air mattress. Sleeps four means people can actually sleep on the beds.

The view from the room was lovely. The shower was really nice. The one actual bed in the bedroom was comfy.

This particular condo was under repair and need much more repair, To be a luxury get away. The particular unit I stayed in needed some maintenance. There were several things that were in disrepair.

The location was amazing. The beach access was awesome there was a private gate to the beach. The locals were super friendly as well. This condo was located next to the battle ship the beach and aquarium. As a tourist thats all the things you would would want to see in corpus.

noise level and no elevator...

no breakfast...construction ongoing with a broken elevator for forever. Too noisy for a working nightshift nurse. The property is old and outdated so carrying luggage up the ancient stairwell was a bother. The condo itself wad very nice.

Very small, No curtains in the bedroom which was by the front door/main walkway. Needed more blankets, better pillows, wash clothes, glasses.

All the construction on the outside of the apartment it was hard to get to my condo for a few days because of materials everywhere and the maintenance replacing the bed room window at the same time left saw dust everywhere in the condo so I was displeased very much with that.

Inside condo was beautiful and the person I rented from was very nice. I had such a great time.

The front desk staff were not super helpful, not very pleasant. The building itself is getting repaired, so there were a lot of extra people around. The workers had an entire pool party on one night of our stay.

The host that owned the condo was amazing. The location and being able to walk down the beach vs. driving was amazing being that one kid was a fish and the other wanted to sleep in. The condo was super cute and had everything we needed. It was perfect for our little group ❤️

Enjoy the walk to the beach. Plus it was wonderful to walk to the Lexington battleship and the Texas aquarium.

The security can get lax, someone was even screaming at us when we would not let them drive in behind us, they had been waiting for someone to let them in, if they had a legitimate reason the office was open, and helped me when I lost my card.. so I know you can easily get in, it was sketchy to see someone just waiting for someone else to let them in. But it seems to happen a lot and it was a little scary to know how easy anyone can get in. The area is a little run down however we never felt unsafe, or that it impacted our trip. They need to look up the laws about service dogs, it seems that someone misinformed them, we shared the actual laws, and our dog is trained and was a trooper. If you have a service dog make sure to have the ada laws handy, and remind them what is and isn't legal, they were fairly reasonable and we were able to work everything out.

The location was great. The condo was very nice, and the shower was phenomenal! Beach is as close as you can get, just steps from the condo .Private and has gates. Prices were great, our only issue was I got ill the day we were checking out and I was unable to get a hold of anyone to let me pay for an extra day but it's mostly on me for being sick at a bad time (not really ever a good time lol). Overall this place is a must book
